I’m sure there will be some gaining numbers tomorrow (God knows I’ll be one of them
). Know that posting your weight and facing the number (no matter what it is) makes a HUGE difference in continuing on long term. For me at least it takes away some of the negative emotions that come with a gaining week. You post the number and then it’s done. On to the next week. Good Luck All!!!

The biggest thing these challenges have helped me with is not letting slips snowball. There’s always a weigh in coming up to get in gear for.

Sabri711 – I laughed at your “so much pie” comment. I literally ate pumpkin pie for breakfast 4 days in a row last week. It’s so darn good. You’re not the only one in this boat. As long as we get back on track it’s all good. Also you’re not a drama queen/downer at all. Most of us post about our struggles and obstacles on here.
