Day one! I'm nervous! Hope I can chug on through the holidays. We're having a small Thanksgiving, just my husband, our kids and one friend. She's going to be making a bunch of pies though. I think I'll be ok unless she makes pecan. I LOVE pecan pie . . .
I was hoping to start out at 210, but unfortunately i have been a bit bloated lately. I've been at 213 for the last few days (which is normal.. i'll usually hit a new low, gain a few, then have a big swoosh). I would like to be under 200 pounds. I'm hoping this will give me the extra motivation i need to get through the weekends.

I really don't like this I really wanted to be lower.. I feel like I am loosing weight but the scale ain't moving. I think I will exercise 3 times a day instead of one and make my workouts longer. I only a 1 essay left to do in psych and 1 chapter test left in math then finals.
I am gonna try to get 30min workout on Thursday before I start cooking cleaning and getting my self ready for everyone by 5. It gonna be tuff but think I can get done before everyone get here. I also think I will workout Thursaday nite but plan on going to walmart Thursday nite/friday morning at midnite for blk friday sales and grocery shopping.
My Thanksgiving weakness is Chicken dressing. I have a tip my uncle told me once and it really does work drink a glass or 2 of water before you get ready to eat and then when you do eat you get full fast so you don't eat as much. You getting the water you need and not eating as much.
Is it just me or does this happen to everyone? Sometimes I love water and it be all I drink but then other times it makes me sick to taste it and I have to drink something with flavor and sugar. It usually happen when I try to drink it so I can lose weight, but sometimes it just whenever.

My starting weight is 3lb up from the end of last challenge, and 2lb up from the beginning, but I've been heavier, so I'm not disheartened.
Off to the gym in an hour or so, determined to go at least 3 times this week.
CountryBarbie24 Sometimes I don't fancy water either, unless I put ice in it! There's nothing like a glass of iced water for me, even in the coldest of winters! If you really can't handle that, try sugar-free squash? (I don't know if you guys call it something different over there?) Flavour without the calories
Baseline 11/22: 135.0
Damn, up .8 from yesterday's weigh in. Then again, 135 is my maintenance weight, so it makes sense. My goal this challenge is loss, not gain. I am trying to get down to 130 so that my maintenance range tops out at 134.5 or so. I don't want to see anything over 135 again. I also want to see what I look like at 130.

I'm excited to start this! I've got my Thanksgiving game plan and I feel confident about it. I'm not a huge Thanksgiving food fan so the only things that call my name are turkey, mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie. I have a cheat day in my diet, which is Saturday, so I'm going to take pie home and eat it then. I'm on a low carb diet so potatoes are a no-no but I'm going to have a little bit. ONLY a little bit. My boyfriend has been given the job of Mashed Potato Police. And that only leaves the turkey, which I'm allowed to have my fill of and my boyfriend's family makes a great turkey.
I was out of the gym due to bronchitis (then my gym partner got it too!) and this is our first week back. I tried to do the Couch to 5K week I had left off on, which was 3, but I couldn't do the last 3 minute run. I think I'll be able to do it tomorrow when we go. And I'm going to add some stuff at home. A yoga DVD or a body weight routine.
I'm so excited that my first challenge has started!! My normal "official" weigh-in day is Tuesday and I usually find myself very anxious to get to the next Tuesday so this challenge will only add even more excitement to my week!
pockets - We're the same height and our baseline weights are very very close!! I'll be very interested in seeing how we will compare over these 6 weeks! I'd love to lose 15 lbs too but my weight loss has slowed down a lot in the past month so I'm going to shoot for 10 lbs so that I'm below 165!
i want to get to 80 kg so that is about 10or 12pounds for me but i know i won't be able lose that much so i'm gonny be happy with whatewa number
and one more question: when i sign in on the spreadsheet and click share, who do i share this with? only you guys or with my whole gmail account? sorry...i'm new to the google documents

Urgg, i weighed myself while out of town this weekend. I brout a travel scale but it weighs me as heavier than my full size scale at home. I managed to keep it all in check this weekend but I think that I am retaining water and stuff because I've been eating differently than I normally do. Boo

YAY a buddy!! I don't really think I'll hit the 15lbs, not honestly. I was fortunate enough to lose 17lbs in October, November so far has only been 7. I'm trying to set myself up for a plateau.
Day 1 it is! I've gone down a but from my last weigh in so I'm happy. I will try hard to stay the course - especially with maintaining my excercise regimen
