I'm smack in the middle of the 150's... at 155.0 as of this morning.
I think I should really use that as motivation not to screw myself over on the weekend. Hopefully I'll be in the 140s soon enough :) Better make me a comfy seat here in this thread, i'll be here for a while :lol: |

Same here, but I think we're gonna be walking in the 140s hand in hand. we're at the same exact weight now :p ...

haha, that's some good motivation to stay on plan there! I have to try today, I'm going shopping with my sister today and we used to get icecream for lunch so gonna try and go for something a bit healthier!
I was 153.6 this morning. I was pretty damn happy and surprised.. no idea why the 150s are going by so fast. I'm just waiting for TOM to come and ruin my buzz! Hopefully not though, I'm drinking a lot of water these days and back on the apple cider vinegar. |
Wow you girls are totally rockin it! I wish I could fly through the 150s as fast as you both. I am weighing in tomorrow. What plans are you doing? Good luck and keeep up the good work!

I think I eat around 1200-1800cals a day. I only calorie counted on a website for a few days out of curiosity but found it annoying so now I just estimate and look at packaging for a rough idea. I eat as healthily as possible but sometimes I eat less good stuff. I don't have a gym membership as I live too far away from one so I go cycling some days and when the weather's bad I use my cheap lateral stepper thing with bungee cords inside watching tv. Some squats/lunges/planks every second day (ahem.. well... I started again the last week). Lots of water and herbal teas. I don't think I could follow a set plan, I don't work well with authority haha :D What about you? Good luck weighing in tomorrow, let us know! I'm not sure why I'm flying through them but I think I was just holding onto water weight for a while, I'm not complaining though. |
Yay, found this thread. I was on my period this past week and my weight has been fluctuating like crazy. I'm 152-153 pounds as of right now. Can't wait to get out of 150's and 140's. Haven't seen 130's on the scale since... middle school!! Holy cow.
Also bought a treadmill, so I'm definitely gonna be on that a lot. :carrot: |

I was 154.4 this morning, not getting discouraged as I assume it's water weight as my fingers seem a bit swollen (I had to move my ring back to the ring finger from the middle finger). So that's ok. Driving home today but I'm going to try and cook something good for dinner later and not eat something crazy along the road. Then workout a little bit at home. |
LeilaJey- I'm doing well, I had a pretty decent week. Some higher calorie days but not too bad. I ultimately try to stay around 1200-1400 cals per day, but I usually end up being more around 1400-1600. I run about 4 times per week also. I also drink lots and lots of water.
Bloopers- Welcome! I only lost a pound this week. Down to 157 now. I was definitely hoping for a bigger number, but TOM will be here soon so maybe that had an effect? I would really like to lose 2 lbs this next week so I can be half way out of the 150s. I am going to be starting a new job soon and next week is orientation. Hopefully the stress won't get to me. After orientation is over I will start working night shift. I am an RN and I will be working 6pm-6am. I am super nervous about gaining a ton of weight because everyone says people who work night shift gain weight :( But I will just have to try extra hard I suppose! Hope everyone else has a wonderful week! |
It's taken me since 20011 to make it into the 150's. I'd been stuck, teetering right on the edge of 160. Everyday i'd see 161, 162, 160.2, but never 150!! It was incredibly frustrating. But I'm here and I'll be D@mned if I'm leaving... well unless it's to the 140's~!
Oh, Only 7 lbs away from having a normal BMI. Very exciting. I've been over weight since freshman year in high school some 9 years ago. |

Bleh, I'm up.... at a156.4 but that's probably either pre-TOM bloat or bad reaction to carbs, eitherway, I'm gonna work and get my bum into gear and get that off again. I got amazing compliments all weekend long though, everyone keeps telling me how tiny I am getting.
One of the best compliments I got this weekend was : "HOLY #%$^ you lost so much weight!" I said thanks, I got about 10-15 more to go, and she said "What do you want to fit into cracks?!" LOL I thought it was hilarious, but it made my day!! Hope you're all enjoying the weekend !!!! xoxoxo |
Samantha - a pound is still loads. For me it's really up and down, I was stuck in the 160s for ages but now I'm having a whoosh of sorts. It's hard to know what's going on! Good luck with your new job! You don't have to gain weight, I guess when people are more tired maybe they just reach for convenience foods. A little bit of planning and you should be fine. :)

While I was wearing a giant parka coat. I thought I looked like a hot water tank. Hmmm... Back to 153.8. Still no TOM but cramps :( waaaaaa. I just want to get it over with. Going partying at the weekend and want it to be nearly finished by then. Damn. Aaand the weather is finally getting nice here in Ireland. It's getting warm and sunny.. phew! Lately it's been super ****. Cold and wet. It was actually warmed on Christmas Day than some days last week. We have funny seasons.. eaghh. Have a great Monday everyone! |
Hi everyone. I was reading the posts and you seem like an awesome group of motivated ladies! I am 26 and have lost 57 lbs as of today since Jan 2011. I have 8 more until a healthy BMI and 3 more until pre-baby weight! I think I want to get to 135. I am having my vow renewal July 6th so I am sooooo motivated! I weighed in at 158.0 today super excited. Let's hope the 150's fly by in the next couple weeks! Congrats everyone.
