caramelkitty She fell on with the seat down though! I hate it when guys do that too, you know when you're half asleep and you go to the bathroom.. wankers! Yeah I think it's unflattering too, I know I have the most weight in my thighs though.. it'll have to come off eventually.. grr. Glad you had fun with your mom, that's really nice that you bought her stuff :) 150? You guys will have the softest skin ever lol :P

Also, 130calories, was that all you ate that day??? It's funny that we're the same weight, it's reaaally good motivation for me though!

bloopers Hmm.. ultimate goal weight? Probably 130 maybe less, I'm scared of getting fixated on a number though. I'm sure you do look skinnier 12lbs down it just takes your brain a while to catch up.. did you take before pictures? Your brain will catch up and soon you'll be checking yourself out all the time haha

You guys are crazy, your noses are fine! I'll be honest I think most plastic surgery looks kind of weird..unless there's a really clear reason for it.

cierranevada Sorry to hear that, I'm sure it's not that bad at all.. you know we're our own worst critics.. and you've done an amazing job losing weight. You've already lost loads. I can understand the feeling though, chin up :) try weight training, that seems to be the recommended thing for everything!

Sorry if I missed anyone/anything.. I'm tired but I did a workout earlier and I did a 1 minute plank then a 40 second one and finally a 30 second one.. holy crap. I remember a few years ago when I joined a gym and the girl made me do 3x30 minute ones and the next day I felt like I was dying (no really!) my stomach muscles were so sore I couldn't do anything haha, I was ridiculous. I noticed that when I'm doing them if I look down at my belly all of my belly fat turns into this little hanging thin in the middle.. it looks really strange and gross. :\

I got my bf to take some photos of me but they look terrible and I'm too embarrassed to put them up so I'll wear something more flattering next time. My arms are worse than I thought.. blah.

151.8 this morning! I dunno what I was like calorie wise today, I didn't eat a proper dinner. I went to visit some neighbours and they were eating dinner when I arrived, I was going to leave to be polite but they were having none of it so I sat down and they gave me a plate haha, usually we just have tea! So I ate a piece of the chicken.. it was some imitation KFC chicken stuff that they put in the oven and after that we had tea and I had lots of biscuits, I was hungry.. I felt soo sick when I came home so I didn't eat anything else.. although calorie wise that was probably more than a dinner. Stupid delicious biscuits. Exercising made me feel a lot better thankfully!

I can't wait to be in the 140s, this time next week I'd better be there.. dammit.

Oh I know we'll be there :) We got summer right around the corner, that should be enough motivation for all of us to kick it into gear :)

I spent my whole day out, got my hair cut today, (a 15lb in may gift to myself :lol: ok my fiance paid but still! lol) And then we went to eat at this Greek Restaurant I absolutely love!!

I settled for the chicken souvlaki stick with salad only and he had my favorite meal which is doner meat (lamb and beef pieces) with french fries..... ahhhhhh torture lol but I felt proud when I asked the waiter not to bring us any garlic bread. Though I died a little inside. LOL

I weighed myself as I came in the house, and it's now 8:30 so I know I won't eat anything before bed, and I weighed in at 151.8 still. Hopefully..... HOPEFULLY i'll see 150 tomorrow, it would be cool to start the month like that, but that's dreaming big. LOL :) Well, a girl can wish. Which I totally did, on an eyelash earlier. hahahahaha well I just screwed myself over by talking about it, but these things never come true anyways! lol

Leila, yup, I did take before pictures but changed my phone and now I lost everything :( I deactivated my FB, but looks like I have to activate it again so I can find some pics of myself on my friends' facebooks, LOL. I usually avoid the camera like its a plague so I don't have many recent pictures laying around :(

Caramel, it's crazy that you could be so strong at a restaurant! I avoid restaurants altogether now because it's just too tempting to order a load of food and wipe the plates clean! I haven't learned to be so strong yet, LOL. If someone walked in with chicken wings and pizza atm, I would probably be the first one to take some!

That being said, I'm hoping to hit the 130's by the end of the month! Lord knows I'll be celebrating once that happens. Haven't seen 13- since middle school!!

Oh lord I know what you mean, I just don't bother anymore, I walk in the restaurant knowing I'm gonna ask for plain lettuce and a grilled chicken :lol: its boring but it's okay. I don't regret it afterwards. Mind you, if someone walked into my house with a pizza right now, I wouldn't eat it, because I'm trying to be very strict, but I would run to my bedroom and cry. Yup, I most definitely would.

I'd love to see some pics of you guys!! But when the time comes you'll post them :)

bloopers that sucks that you lost the pictures! I didn't take any official before ones but I have photos from Christmas and I guess I was roughly the same weight so I'll use them.. oh well.

I've only been to a proper restaurant once since starting this and I ordered a chicken salad! I had to fight myself not to order the chips, ham and eggs haha.. I did it and was happy I did.

151 on the dot this morning. I'm sooo tired again.. think I'll sleep in a different bed until bf is better as his coughing is taking it's toll on me.

Awww I hope you get to sleep better soon :-( we don't know how much sleep really is awesome until we can't. Lol I suffer from insomnia for months at a time, so when i get to sleep its like LEAVE ME ALONE lol.

I haven't weighed myself yet, but I do have an embarrassing thing to tell y'all lol I went by my local gym last night cuz a friend works there and i asked him to get my height and weight on that old school doctor scale. So my weight is fine but it turns out I'm not 5' 4.... I'm 5' 5 " :lol:

Truthfully I'm probably 5' 4.8 but he said I'm considered 5' 5.... This throws off my whole game lolol I'm so confused.

caramelkitty That sucks about your insomnia! I used to be really bad with that too, I still go through patches of it sometimes so yeah I definitely just want to sleep.. I have to do a long drive tomorrow by myself so I'll need it. I feel like a zombie right now. I still want to dye my hair too as I have horrible roots. :D

haha, that's great though! Your ticker says 150 (no fair :P) which means that you're already at a normal BMI, right? :) Nice work! I think I'm maybe 5'6.5 but I'm not sure, I should really measure myself properly.

LeilaJey yeah i saw 150.6 on the scale this morning... 3 times just to be sure lol but i feel like its too good to be true. It'll probably go back up tomorrow lolol butttt 149 is my "normal" bmi... So lets see if that serves me enough motivation not to binge on munchies thuds weekend lol

Had a terrible sleep and tried to nap there but it didn't really work. Not sure how this drive's gonna go. Filling myself full of coffee and I'm going to take a shower. We'll see.

LeilaJey don't beat yourself up, we all have those binge days, I had to basically have all of my guests yell at me if I reached for something I shouldn't be eating. Because they know how badly I want this. lol

I weighed in at 149.8 this morning but I have a feeling my 2hour bike rides are really helping me. I had slacked off cardio so bad for the last couple months, but it feels great to be back at it!

Ah yeah the binge thing happens, I have no control with alcohol but other than that I'm (mostly) fine. Doing my long drive today instead.. gotta get ready, I'm still tired but slept better.

I weighed in at 141lbs this morning. So close to getting out of the 140lbs. Here is hoping it wasn't just a fluke! :p A normal BMI for myself is at 132lbs so I have a fair bit to go yet, but I will get there.

Weighed in at 155.6 this morning, so that's a 1 lb loss for the week... slow and steady wins the race? haha as long as I keep losing every week I'll be happy!
