Hovering around 155. 149 is my mini goal and I can't wait!!! I can't remember the last time I was under 150.

Hey all! Just wanted to peek in. I'm at 160.2 as of today, so I feel like I will be in the 150s by the end of the week. I CANNOT WAIT! It's been about two years since I've been in the 150s. Wish me luck!

I remember some of you from the 160s/170s forum. Looks like there is alot of kick a$$ going on in the losing weight direction. WAY TO GO!!

Hey guys!

I got an unexpected surprise on the scale today, dropping another pound after having already dropped a pound the day before, so I'm finally in the 150s! I saw this thread and thought I would jump on. Its great to see people doing so well!

My eating has been really, really good for a while now, so I think my main push right now is to be more consistent with my workouts. I caught a cold earlier in the month that threw me off, but I'm past that now and need to stop slacking off :D

Hey all! Congrats to all who have had success this week! :) I got a surprise on the scale myself today. :) 144.4!!! Crazy to think that within the next 5 lbs will be the 130s! Havent seen those since my freshman year of college. Best of luck to everyone this week! :)

Hi everyone! I'm new and have been lingering in the 140's for a month now. I haven't been in the 130's for a year now, and I'm ready to kick butt and get back to the 130's!

Yesterday I was 144, today I weighed in as 143.4 :)

Hey guys! I've been in the 150s for a few days now and was 159.6 (Healthy BMI!!) for my weekly weigh in this morning so I'm officially going say that I'm in the 150s now! My goal is currently 140 so I'm not sure if I'll ever be getting out of this thread haha! I might decide to go a little bit past my goal into the 130s so we'll see!

Hello everyone... first time posting here... just wanted to say that I would love to be back in the 140's! I've been hovering around 151 for a LONG time now. I think that my body starts to look best/I start to feel skinny around 135, so I'll be really thrilled when I get that low, but for now just tryin to stick with it until I get to 140's!

I use Wii Fit to weigh in every morning, and my BMI is actually right on the cusp between overweight and normal. So every day I get on the scale and hope the little Wii voice will say "that's normal!" instead of "that's overweight!" but that hasn't happened recently... hehe

144.8 today....I felt REALLY bloated when I woke up this morning though, so the 1lb gain definitely confirmed that! I've been drinking water all day today to flush out the bloat, and it's so beautiful out that I'm going to get some fresh air and go for a run!

omg... so picture this. I weighed in at 144.4 on Monday morning. well,long story short, i had a "i need fatty food" breakdown on monday night, and had a baconator and ice cream. Tuesday morning, I just had to go on the scale to see what the damage was... It was an ugly 146.6!!! FAIL! I was perfect all day yesterday, and I was CHUGGING green tea and water in an attempt to flush out the sodium/bloat. This morning, I was STILL 146.6!!! I was like, wow, that cheat meal was SOOO not worth this stress.

At the same time though, I am totally frustrated because I have been eating well for almost 4 full weeks now, and I've only had 2 cheat meals, not days, meals. At this point i'm just like, wow, well clearly if I want to lose weight, it really is all or nothing for me because the second I have 500 calories over my daily allotment, it sticks to me and stores as 2.5 lbs. UGGGHHHH!!!

Hoping for a better number tomorrow.... thanks for listening to my ramble guys! ;)

lifehouseluver sounds like we a dealing with the same thing. I'm having a slight stall as well from some pizza. I wasn't weighing almost daily when I started, so seeing a slight uptick of even a pound is something I've had to get used to. At this point I have a mental red line, where anything under 3 pounds I don't consider a real gain, cause they almost never are. Although, I will say that I find water isn't the only factor after a 'cheat meal', but also fiber. Some foods are so highly processed and they just don't get digested as well as healthier foods, which can lead to a stall (for me as least).

Exercise is still a bit of a struggle for me :( I'm working a lot and I just don't feel like going to the gym after a 10 hour day. I need to work it in somewhere though.

I've been hovering around 144.6 and 145...Im getting a tad frustrated. TOM is over, I've been exercising and eating within my daily calorie range religiously for two weeks...with nothing to show. GRRRR.

Hey guys! I'm new here (both on the forum and to this thread!)

BACKGROUND: I've always been the chubby girl growing up. Weighed heaviest in 2006 at 16 years old at 184lb. After a lot of bad diets (master cleanse) and learning portion control, I've been averaging around the 170s and 160s after that.

I haven't been in the 150s since 2010 where I slowly managed to get down to 155lb from 173lb. However, I went back to the 160s in 2011 because of exam stress, studies and being careless with my eating habits.

I'm currently back at 158lb and excited at the prospect of being able to reach my goal weight HEALTHILY and slowly! One of my goals is to get to 140lb (which I haven't weighed since I was 10 years old). I hope I can get there this time!
