after not weighing for a week (I usually do daily weighs) my goal was to be 154, and I just barely squeaked in with 154.9 :)

So after a few days of my sister gone and eating a lot cleaner, I weighed in this morning at...
154:carrot: Finally into the normal BMI range! Just four more pounds to 100 and my original goal. I'm pretty confidant that I will want to lose a little more than that, but it still feels like it will be a big accomplishment. |
Flashfacts - Congrats on getting to a normal bmi!!!! That's a great accomplishment and you're so close to 100! That's amazing! Keep up the awesome work!

It's been a while since i've posted. I'm still trying to lose weight, it's just been a crazy few weeks! Well, in the middle of February, I went to Boston for a long weekend where I ate and drank my heart out. It was fun, but the scale gave me quite the punishment. Before I left for Boston I was 142.6. After Boston 149.0!!!! I freaked out at first, but I lost like 2 lbs the next day not from dieting, but just from not being a cow. Then, the day after I came home from Boston, I got sick with bronchitis! That took a solid week to get through my system, but the good(ish) news was that I barely had an appetite. By the end of being sick, I was back down to 145.2. So I was down from basically February 11-February 26, and weight-wise, I was only 2.6 lbs from my lowest. I then picked up where I left off on Monday, February 27 (aka, last week) lol, and I've been good ever since! I got down to 142.4 by Saturday, so I was pretty stoed about that. I was really excited to be back to my lowest, but all through last week though I was like "I already did the work to lose this weight!" Oh well, I guess what matters is that I got back on in the end. :) Soooo, i'm back! and i'm hoping to see 139 by March 24. I think that's realistic. :) Good luck to all!!! |

It sucks having to relose a few lbs after taking some time off to enjoy yourself, but you’re back at your low and moving in the right direction! That’s awesome! Rainy: Woohoo! So I have been avoiding the scale for a bit. I went to visit my b/f in NY this weekend and I ended up eating out a lot and skipping the gym a few days. I was pretty nervous, but somehow I managed to lose another pound! Down to 156.7, woohoo! |
Everyone seems to be doing so well recently!! I finally lost some weight this week too! I was stuck for two weeks but this week i dropped 3.2 lbs down to 152.8! I'm hoping to be in the 140s three weeks from today which will mark 2.5 years with my boyfriend! :) I'd love to see the 140s sooner but my weight loss has finally decided to slow way way down so I'm doing my best to be patient.

Sparkle - sooooooo close. Fingers crossed. Ooooh Trisaratops - Good job! Sometimes when you've been really really good, you just need to be really really bad for a lil while ;-) Reba - 3.2 lbs is like massive. That is a friggin awesome job. Really proud. As for me, I keep on keepin on around 158 - when I get to 157 it will be a 20 lb weight loss - like my first real major goal in my head. I have so much stuff going on, it is really just difficult to concentrate. At least I'm not gaining, but I am going to bottle up some of this kick-@s$ juice you girlies seem to be on and rock on till I'm below 155!!!! |
OH and Flash - I think it's time to throw you a party when you reach the 100 lb-mark. Rainy, do you agree???? ;-)

Hey ladies! Everyone is doing so well, keep up the good work! I am proud of myself- tonight I was very tempted to eat bad. When I get emotional (especially sad) I tend to eat. But instead of letting myself do that tonight I decided to work out and eat some healthy leftovers! I saw 156 onthe scale Sunday so Im hoping to see 153 or lower next week.

Super annoyed this morning--all 3 of my kids are sick, I have 2 massive midterms today, and my boss texted me at 1:12 am to ask me to work on a day that I already requested, and was given, off! Duh. Anyway, going to drink some coffee, and try to head to the gym before last minute studying/refreshing. I need the endorphins! Wish me luck please!
