I'm 154ish. My ticker says 153... I got so excited when I saw this number yesterday that I immediately put it on my ticker. I guess it was too unrealistic that I could drop a pound a day three days in a row eating jus somewhat fewer calories than usual :/
I'm also doing the lose-10-lb-before-Dec-1st challenge so its always in the back of my mind... this idea that I actually follow through and not lose :( well losing weight is good, losing challenges is poop :( I am so ecstatic to leave the 150s, it actually is funny. If I must eat 600 calories a day, I'll... well I won't do it, it's just weird because sometimes I get these bursts of motivation where I'm like, yes I'll do anything to be in the 140s!! lol |
Gah! stupid TOM! It came early! I was wondering why I was suddenly up two pounds yesterday!
clocked in at 144 today, but 1-2 pounds is my usual during that lovely time of the month. Hopefully later this week I'll get down a bit more :) It just stinks! I was in a nice whoosh too! :joker: |
146... if it is at all possible for me to move my butt and get below 145 this month i will be ECSTATIC. plateuing is so BORING!

I'm back at 143 today! Still on my TOM so this is good! I posted about this in the featherweights 140s thread but...I've been so focused on trying to get down to a healthy BMI that I totally missed the part where I hit a healthy weight range for my large-framed body. This is...HUGE!! I've never been considered at a healthy weight. It's been so crazy to put my info into all of these and see "healthy" instead of overweight or obese! :D I'm so excited! According to lots of calculators and charts, I can weigh between 131-147 pounds and be considered "healthy." I want to get down to 135 at least, possibly maintain 133-135. This really all depends on how I look though. I really really love my new hourglass figure. If I start to lose that I'll just stop where I am :) This also explains why it's been getting more difficult to lose the weight. I'm getting close to "the end" :joker: |
