My workouts is a mixture of Zumba(dvds), Turbo Fire (HIIT 15, HIIT 20 & HIIT 25) and my treadmill or park.. I'm actually on point with exercising. I'm into my second week and doing great. I'm working out 6xs a week..

I just added myself.

GW 155.

That's 2 lbs. per week, which I think I can do. It's ambitious and won't allow for much cheating, but that's what a challenge is for, right? If I pull it off, 155 will be lower than I've ever been since I was about six years old.

Super excited. I am trying to do as close to maintenance as possible the last 8 weeks of my pregnancy here, and I only gained 0.2 pounds this week! Hurray! I wasn't sure it would be possible. I know I will still likely have a small gain each week but I'm hoping I can keep it like this to under a pound a week. I have walked 2 miles every day this week, eaten healthy (although not calorie counting... I still eat whenever I'm hungry.) I'm feeling pretty good, aside from all the pains of being pregnant.

KamsMoMa- I just ordered the new Zumba DVDs to have around as inspiration for something to do later on in October after I've had a little time for the body to mend. Should be here in a few days... I am excited!

Weighed in and down 3.2 lbs supposedly. I think this may be a little more than reality but I'll take it for now and we'll see if it sticks. Good luck to all and let's get our goals before Halloween! 8.8 lbs to go here.
