I used to feel that way about Chex Mix, but since I've gone low-carb I don't desire it at all the way I used to. My husband actually just finished off a bag of Chex Mix we had in our pantry for months because it was starting to go stale. I'd only had about 3 servings out of it over like 4 months as the occasional treat. Before I went low-carb I would have finished off a package that size in one evening.

Crisp or crunchy things. I tried those Kellogg's Cracker Chips... omgoodness they're so good with salsa. Good replacement for old chips and other things.

The good thing is that crisp & crunchy also applies to lots of fruits and veggies, so I keep myself surrounded by produce.

Peanut Butter and popcorn! Luckily, when portions are controlled, this can be worked into a sensible diet daily ( and it is!)

Wheat Thins! I can't buy them because I go through a box in like two days. I wish I had the desire to eat veggies like that!

We have these lentil chips at my apartment that are SO addicting, I have to hide them so I don't get tempted. :P

Cheese, almond butter, dark chocolate, dates. Those are all things I've tried to cut out of my diet but eventually gave up because I won't live without them.

Peanut/peanut butter anything. I love trail mix, peanut butter and apples, pb&j, peanut butter cups. It kills me because it's so high in calories.

Greek yogurt. I eat at least one 6oz container per day, every day. Sometimes more. I should probably buy stock in Fage.

Also, Justin's Chocolate Hazelnut Butter or all natural PB (The Bees Knees brand) on celery or deli-flat whole grain (only 100 cals for 2 slices!).

big part of my "plan" is not to snack........ HOWEVER i have three choices if i really want to "cheat"

Want something Sweet..... Yoghurt/Mullerlight
Want something Savory......Diet cupa soup
Want something Choclate.....diet hot choclate.

Those are my choices.
Things i DO enjoy but arent going to kill my diet or screw me up mentally if i have them!

I miss chocolate ice cream so bad

But I guess it doesn't count because I've gone completely without it for like two months now...

I guess the worst thing I eat is a hersheys candy bar from time to time...need a chocolate fix every now and then! Usually on days I have one I realize 'holy crow, 200 calories? That's a whole meal's worth for me!' and don't eat another for a week...
