It depends, I haven't really worked out in a month so I need to get back on some sort of routine that's for sure, but when I do workout I do 3 to 5 days depending on the week.

I wanted to workout every day when I began, but it's turned out that I usually do 5 days a week - the weekends are just so hectic for me at work that I generally skip it. Taking a day or two off makes me feel guilty, but I try to tell myself that 5 days a week is still a lot!

This is me exactly! I have a 7 month old and 3 1/2 year old. I try to go after 9pm Monday through Friday to have my weekends free for the kiddos.

That Monday - Friday plan doesn't always work out though.

I'm totally off the exercise wagon. I worked out once last week. This week I'm aiming for uh, more. I've lost the last 10lbs without much exercise but I know I'd do better with it, especially weights.

Recently I've upped my workouts to at least a little every day -- I don't measure in time spent but in minutes exercised, and fit in at least 20-30 minutes of running plus a 1-hr class if I can manage it.

I'm a horrible procrastinator and I've been putting that to my advantage... by working out to postpone writing papers

I just started working out so I am very out of shape! Right now I am doing the c25k with light weights on M-W-F and the other days are rest days. I am hoping to build up my stamina and maybe start doing some yoga, Zumba or Body Pump classes offered by my gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Even then I think 5 days a week is the max I would ever work out.

I work out 5-6 days a week. It's important to give your body at least one full day of rest. On day 7 the most I do is casually walk or ride my bike to the mall
