Ugh Feb was TERRIBLE for me as far as exercise goes..completely inconsistent...so here's to March being workout month!! Especially since April's my 25th birthday..I don't want to be a chunk on my birthday!!

Today's my first day back. I'm committed to being honest about my journey this time. I wont leave 3FC everytime I slip up, I'll stay here and keep pushing.
My goals for the month: stay on track with C25K, do workout DVDs and distance walks on non-C25K days; Eat less, and focus on eating whole foods and more fresh veggies. Continue drinking water only. Lose 5-10 pounds
