sounds like we all need to get back on track!

tracy and logan- what are you guys doing for food? are you following the high protein or counting calories? I'm kinda doing a mix but I'm not sure if that's ok.

Tracy - I feel you about the being off plan. I've been awful, but tomorrow is a new day!

Activemommy - I hope you're son is better. That's awful! And I calorie count. Between 1200-1400 (ideally). I've been a little high lately.

Mary - What week are you on? PLyo gets me schweaty!! and my calves are kind of sore today though nothing like last week! Crazy how are bodies can adapt.

todayw as shoulders and arms. I pumped out the reps and ab ripper x I can tell that I've improved. Less momentum keeping me going. Doing the vlogs keeps me accoutable and posting on here of course today was so so so busy but at 9:30 I told myself to get to it and workout, so I did!
But calorie wise I've been over eating alot. It's not unhealthy food really just too much of it. Tomorrow I'm going to be back on a stricter plan. Ugh and yoga is tomorrow. It's not that I don't like it, it's just 90 minutes is a really long time!

Becca - not to sound rude but google is your friend. Basically p90x is a 90 day program that is all about muscle confusion. A lot of weights, some cardio, stretching, etc. Not for someone new to exercise. It's an expensive program unless you can find it online or borrow it from someone. Def good for muscle toning!

Good luck, y'all!

I guess we are all in the same boat... I did really good the last two days.. So I am happy about that...
Activemommy: Sorry to hear about your son... Hope he is feeling better and that you don't get it!!
Tomorrow is Plyo.. I am on suppose to be on week 7 but think I will restart week 6 since it was a bad week... Good side is that I only gained 1 pound.... I was really not looking foward to weighing myself....
OK well good luck ladies keep it up we are all going to be thinner and more tonned in a little while....

thanks guys, I think I'm out of the clear for the strep throat. and soooo happy!

I switched to classic after doing two weeks of lean. I still do the cardio X sometimes though in addition.

Logan- We are on the same schedule. I did sholders and arms today and I'm dreading yoga in the morning. I'm horrible at it. I started to do a log too and I think it's really motivating to see the improvment and try to beat the past weight/reps.

tracy- I'm not weighing myself i think I'd cry if I saw that I gained after all these workouts even though I know it's probably muscle! way to go with week 6!- even if you repeating it- your still half (almost) way!!!!

All 90 minutes of yoga done! Well, I skipped the shoulder stand and plough because I don't feel comfortable doing that just yet. I kinda wanted to give up but I was like,no no no, be skinny!!
This morning the weight was down a little bit and I'm doing pretty good eating wise so far. Just gotta keep going.

I just finished yoga too. and did the whole thing this time! except for the wierd on where you roll up onto your neck and put your legs behind you. I don't know how people can do that and not feel the pain in their neck!

Logan- I also say weird things to myself to keep going. haha today I was like ok long lean muscles for summer dresses!

Woo, go girls! Rock that yoga! I always tell myself little things like "You'll be glad you did that one more rep come summertime" to keep me going.

I have yoga and spinning tomorrow. Today is shoulders and arms and the evil ab ripper.

My eating is also back on track..thank goodness I didn't gain during that whole 2 weeks of crap!
I wont let myself be fat for my wedding

I have a question for you all that I can't seem to find an answer. I sometimes do the ab ripper in the early morning if I have some time before my son wakes up (only on days I'm suppose to do it). But I do the other dvd during his mid morning nap. so my question is is this ok? or am I suppose to do the ab ripper right after the main workout?

BLCarter - Good job for getting back on track!

activemommywanted - I don't see a problem with breaking up workouts, BUT you might want to warm up before doing the ab ripper to get your muscles warm so that you don't hurt yourself.

I went to my spin class this morning and did my yoga - I did what I said I would and added 10 minutes onto my time for 50 minutes! Woo! The standing split pose is KILLER. My leg was on FIRE!!!!

And since I have been bummed that my TOM water weight hasn't shoved off yet I peeked at some of my measurements today, not much so far but I did drop 0.25in on my lower waist - which is the largest part of my stomach hooray!

thanks mary!

And I bet you could finish the yoga dvd, the last 30 minutes are pretty easy. except for the one pose I like to call the neck breaker. .
