Activemommy - I hope you're son is better. That's awful! And I calorie count. Between 1200-1400 (ideally). I've been a little high lately.
Mary - What week are you on? PLyo gets me schweaty!! and my calves are kind of sore today though nothing like last week! Crazy how are bodies can adapt.
todayw as shoulders and arms. I pumped out the reps and ab ripper x I can tell that I've improved. Less momentum keeping me going. Doing the vlogs keeps me accoutable and posting on here of course
today was so so so busy but at 9:30 I told myself to get to it and workout, so I did!
But calorie wise I've been over eating alot. It's not unhealthy food really just too much of it. Tomorrow I'm going to be back on a stricter plan. Ugh and yoga is tomorrow. It's not that I don't like it, it's just 90 minutes is a really long time!
Becca - not to sound rude but google is your friend.
Basically p90x is a 90 day program that is all about muscle confusion. A lot of weights, some cardio, stretching, etc. Not for someone new to exercise. It's an expensive program unless you can find it online or borrow it from someone. Def good for muscle toning!
