1: 20minute extreme cardio (non stop and FAST!), 20 minute free weights (again lifting FAST), 20 minutes lower body workouts (again fast) all done at boot camp
2: 1 hour boot camp! All leg exercises mainly today with about 20 minutes cardio. Straight free weights and tons of work on upper thighs and glutes. I AM SO SORE!

Hello,

I am relatively new to the 3FC forums and fitness in general but thought that this accountability thread was a great idea and I would be happy to join even though there are only a few more days left in December. To get a head start in building a positive habit for the New Year, so to say. :)

Plus, I just returned home for the holidays and my mom is an amazing cook, so I must make exercising a priority if I want to increase my calorie budget for the holidays. :o

So, here I go ... aiming for 10/10 days that are still left in December.

Dec 22: walking (1 h 45 mins)
Dec 23: walking (1 h 30 mins)
Dec 24: walking (1 h 30 mins)
Dec 25: Not done :(
Dec 26: walking (45 mins)
Dec 27: walking (1 h 40 mins); weight training (20 mins)
Dec 28: walking (1 h 30 mins)
Dec 29: weight training (30 mins)
Dec 30: not done :(
Dec 31: not done :(

That means I ended up with 7/10 days plans.

I'm only aiming for 18 days this month. There is a lot going on and I'll be working a lot more. Hopefully I can do it!

12/1 = Day Off
12/2 = Lots of walking.
12/3 = 22 minutes treadmill (20 mins jogging at 7.5km/hr, 2 mins walking)
12/4 = Day Off
12/5 = Day Off
12/6 = 25 min jog/walk, 3km (2.7km jogging, .3km walking)
12/7 = 1 hour Zumba
12/8 = Day Off
12/9 = 22 minutes treadmill (20 mins jogging, 2 mins walking)
12/10 = 20 minute Turbo Jam dvd
12/11 = Day Off
12/12 = Day Off
12/13 = Day Off
12/14 = 1 hour Zumba
