12/3 = 22 minutes treadmill (20 mins jogging at 7.5km/hr, 2 mins walking)
12/4 = Day Off
12/5 = Day Off
12/6 = 25 min jog/walk, 3km (2.7km jogging, .3km walking)
12/7 = 1 hour Zumba
12/8 = Day Off

i'm really disappointed in myself, but I've had the worst insomnia, so I'm always tired. Last night, i just laid down to relax before I worked out--- and i woke up hours later, too late to work out. Argh!

princeezmelissa: Hi and welcome!! I usually post in the weekly chat forum here in the 20-Somethings group. They're a great bunch and really motivating so you should hop on in. I really don't have any secrets. haha. I started in October and lost the first five pounds with fixing my diet and then the rest with working out and staying in my calorie range. I usually stay within 1500-1600 calorie range but that's because there has to be chocolate in my day. As for physical activity, I started off with 30-40 minutes on the elliptical and have increased that to spinning classes and a weights class with new classes here and there. There are some great food ideas in the food section on this website. Good luck with everything and feel free to message me anytime.
