Hi there!
My name is Andrea & I just had a baby 2 months ago. I've lost all the baby weight plus an additional 4lbs, but I'm ready to resume my dieting & exercise program. My motivation: my stupid jeans that fit pre-baby but now aren't quite right & an old picture I found of myself at 160 - I was HOT! And I'm ready to be that girl again, but so needed accountability & support.
I'm EBFing so I'm sticking to 1800-1900 calories a day + walking at least 4 times a week which may get tricky as the cold starts to settle in.
