165.7 this morning (75.2kg). I am cursing the fact that my loss has slowed down so much, but I know perhaps it's my intermittent exercise. I try to get it in at least 3-6 times a week but it's usually about 4, maybe 5, and definitely not as intense as some other ladies! I guess I must put up with slower loss if I intend to keep it off, because intense exercise is not something I can keep up for life!

How exciting for you ladies who are seeing the 150s!! Eeeeekkk!!!

I seem to be at a standstill, even though I have picked up excercising for 1 hour a day at least 4 times a week. Sigh......I guess Ill keep trucking but damn is it discouraging to not see a loss every week.

160.2lbs~!!! Right on the edge!!!

LiLLy19 10-16-2010 09:05 AM

So I didnt gain, I didnt lose........162.6 (where Ive been for two weeks). Any ideas on how to get over a plateau? Ive been tettering around 165 since March/April and 162-163 since beginning of Sept

Still hovering in the high 160's, but with limited excercise I cant expect too much of a drop, this week will be better.

DizzySoi-- You are almost outta here!! Congratulations! :D

Well today is the third day in a row being in the 150s. Kinda scary though, its right on the edge, but its been sticking so I'm gonna head over to a 150's thread. Good luck everyone! Keep up the great work!

Just joined the forums and I'm currently at 164 lbs so I thought I'd come join up over here. :)

165.3 / 75kg exactly. Woot! 22 pound loss total in 3 months. Feeeeeel good. Just hate that my clothes are not fitting and I can't find cheap new ones in the interim!

I always wait until the end of the month to change my ticker (it's not on here yet, but I've got it on some other forums) because I'm a little scared to change it as soon as the scale reads a lower number as well haha. Thanks for welcome. :)

LiLLy19 10-17-2010 03:13 PM

Hehehe I went ahead and changed it, I will cry if I have to change it back :) hahah

BTW love your location!!!! I'm moving there in a couple years once my husband is done with his military contract :)))

KenzideRhae 10-17-2010 03:19 PM

Well then let's hope you never have to change it back so there'll be no tears involved!

Oooh, that's awesome. Portland's a really great city. Would be greater if it would stop raining all the time though!

Still hovering at 165.3/75kg, give or take a couple of ounces (measuring on a non-digital metric scale is never going to be super accurate to the ounce/gram).

Nice to be at this weight, hoping to see a drop later on this coming week!

LiannaKole 10-17-2010 10:38 PM

Got down to 162.8 today. Not bad. I can feel a plateau coming on, though. I'm realizing it might be a cyclical thing for me. Darn it. I'll probably be sticking around this weight for 2-4 weeks - not intentional. Oh well, it's better than gaining, right? :)

Well, it's been ages since I've been on 3FC, but I was stuck in the low 160s then, too! So it's time to move on down! I'm happy to be joining you all. :)
