Lets get out of the 160s part 2! :)
So since the other thread is now closed, I figured I'd start a new one. I weigh in tomorrow and hope to break 162! Ughhh havent seen that number in a while. I've been excercising a lot, so hopefully it pays off

Ah I didn't notice it had closed, I was about to hunt for it! I'm now firmly in the 160's, not just hovering at 169.7 haha. Am now at 167.5pounds/76kg. More please!

oh I want to Join! I'm stuck between 160-164!I've been doing zumba/working out and it's still not budging!

Oh my gosh it actually happened!!!!! Official weigh-in puts me at 162.6!!!! Eeekkk *happy dance* I was getting discouraged that I wouldn't see a loss at all.

I think I can join this thread safely... I've only been under 170 for a couple days, really, so I don't believe it yet. As of this morning I was 168.2, though it's not my official weigh in day.
I keep surprising myself with how excited I am to move on to another "decade" and then once I've been there for a while I want to abandon it immediately for the next one. Lol! Here's hoping the scale keeps dropping! |

I'll join this thread. I meant to join the old one when I hit the 160s. Hopefully I won't be here too long though. I weighed in this morning at 161.6.

I keep going up and down in the 160's, been down to 163.5 and today was up to 168 after eating LOTS yesterday, a lot of it salty and such.
It's so weird when I stop to think that 168 is now a "bad" weigh-in when a few weeks ago I would have killed to see anything in the 160's. lol |

took like three weeks, but finally busted out of 164 and this morning I weighed happily in at 163.0
*fingers crossed* could my plateau be over? Pretty please? |
165.0 today. I had subway today too though, so I'm sure that will bump up a bit tomorrow >.<

i made a conscious choice after working nine hours and getting out at 11 pm to pass by the Mcdonalds and come home and eat soup-and I did it! yay!!!!!What i wouldn't give to catch up with my outdated ticker again!

I had my official weigh in day, and I'm at 166.2! I actually might believe this number because yesterday I was 166.2-166.8 -- today it was firmly 166.2. I'm officially in the 60s!!
Per my new routine of weight loss, I'll probably stay at this weight for two weeks before dropping anything else. I used to be a gradual losing, and now my body holds on for weeks and then whoosh, drops it. Oh well, as long as it's coming off, right? :) |
Just broke into the 160s this last week at 168.4. I hope to leave this arena soon! : )

Eep. It was my birthday on Saturday and while I had planned all along to not count, have a cheat day etc... I think I may have eaten nearly 3000 calories. It's possible. There was guacamole and bread at the end of the night which I should have just avoided and didn't. I really hope that I haven't gained because of that day!
I was 167.5 pounds for the past 3 days...this morning 169.7. REALLY hoping it's just water weight from the sodium and alcohol consumed! |

Ugh. Today was my weigh-in. 161.8. I was 161.0 yesterday. I was hoping to see the same thing (or less) today. I hate it when the numbers jump up specifically for weigh-in day lol.

I almost had a heart attack today when the scale said 159.0, I jumped up and down whooping and hollaring at my husband that I finally broke the decade. Then I got back on the scale and it said 164.2, wow how did that happen in 2 minutes??!!! Ughh I hope 164 is not right, cause thats almost 2 pounds higher than fridays weigh in and I definitely DID NOT eat that much. Yikes......
Im going to try out Zumba tonight! Wish me luck ladies @Dhani - OMG normal BMI seems like a dream to me. Congrats on almost being there :))) |

I was 168.6 pounds this morning. I like to think I would have been even less had I pooped haha. Here's hoping tomorrow I'm at least back to 167.5 pounds. I usually weigh in officially on Wednesdays at my parents house on their digital scale but I won't be there this week ... so might have to wait until my Friday Wii Fit weigh in for a proper number. |
164.4 today. I've been bouncing between this number and 166 for about a week now. Hoping to see 163 soon! Good luck ladies!

Today my scale said 161.8 which is better than the 164 I saw yesterday! Eeek so hopefully by friday I have solidly made it to 161.

I didn't weigh-in for two days, stayed on plan with my eating and exercise. After two weeks of bloating, cramping and insane food cravings TOM finally started today (missed it last month) and I'm up in weight: 166.8 this morning. I'm not too worried about being up, I'm positive it'll go back down here in a few days.

Back to 76kg/167.5pounds! Looks like my birthday splurges didn't do too much damage - either that or my last few days of lower calories kept them in check. Yay. I've officially lost 20 pounds now!

162.4lbs. Yay just 12 1/2 more lbs and i'll be a "normal" weight.

This morning the scale read 163.4. I'm pretty sure that's the lowest ever in my adult life!

Broke out of the 170s over the weekend and have been trending downward ever since. 166.8 today. Was stuck in the low 170s for weeks so I'm super excited to have finally crossed over. Yippee!! So this is the 60s? We get to wear bell-bottoms and flowers in our hair, right? |

167 pounds this morning (I think, it's hard to tell when you're weighing in kilograms on a non-digital scale). Tomorrow is Wii Fit weigh in day!

To be completely honest, my scale said 164.4 this morning, eek I hope thats just TOM weight. Its frustrating to be yo-yoing up and down between 162 and 164. I want a solid 161!
