Its basically a step aerobics class. You can make it hard or easy, depends on how many risers you put under the step itself. It was actually kinda fun and Im proud of myself for making it through it. I didnt bring my water bottle so I had to walk out for a few seconds to go get water but I came back!!!
I tried Zumba a couple weeks ago, but I think the step class gave me a harder workout. |
Oh man, I tried Zumba once, and I was just too uncoordinated!

Hahaha trust me I was very uncoordinated, and I managed to score the very front seat of the class since I didnt know where the front or the back was. I just kept laughing at myself throughout and trying to re-cooperate.

163.8 / 74.3 kg (ish) today! It was somewhere between 74 and 74.5, definitely below the .5 marker so I'll go with .3. Will weigh on the Wii Fit tomorrow! So glad to see the number still going down!

169.0 and I think I'm ready to call it sticking :). I've been bouncing the last few days thanks to AF but I think we're on the downswing now. I'm so close to goal I can feel it!!! 150's here I come... and maybe 140's? We'll see :).

My PowerStep class left me extremely sore in my leg muscles and I went to the fair yesterday and walked around for another 3 hours. Boy was I hurting this morning. I couldnt walk without holding on to the wall. Even now Im walking extremely slow cause my muscles hurt. Oh my!

Oh dear. So I weighed on the scale in the bathroom at my boyfriends (the one I use most days just to check in on, it's a non-digital scale in kilograms) and it showed me as being below 74.5kg (164.2pounds) but above 74kg (163.1pounds). Then I did my usual Friday morning weigh in on my Wii Fit, which is usually what I make my official weight. It said 74.7kg (164.6 pounds). BLEH. I hate the differences. I guess it's just because I was hoping and thinking I was close to having lost another whole kg (2.2 pounds) in the past week.

It's getting close to weigh in day for me (Saturday) and I'm nervous. I didn't have a great week. I missed my workouts twice and over ate both of those days so i really don't know where this weigh in will go. |
i've been up around 162-164 the past couple of days. It's been kind of a rought week work wise, which led to not the best eating (not terrible either, though), lack of exercies, and, oh hey, TOM! I'm hoping that after today my work load will be easier and I can get back on track. I want to see some 150s!!!

163.6 this AM. My birthday was the 13th and it was literally a day of going from one place to another eating whatever I wanted. Then last Saturday was my college homecoming so tailgating with beer and boudain probably wasn't the most on plan choice. But it sure was good!
So, obviously, I stalled out a bit. But I'm back on track and down nearly 2lbs from what I weighed the morning of my bday and I'm good with that! Hope everyone has a great weekend!! |
So I'm seeing if posting here will improve my luck! I weighed 169.8 today, but have been bouncing around from 169.0 to 170.8 for a solid week. I need to see 169. Something a few days in a row to call it official. I hope I'm joining you ladies soon!

Hey EveLhaelf! Do you usually tend to over eat on days when you don't exercise? I know I do! Well I am rooting for a weightloss for you! I don't weigh until Monday mornings. I changed things up this week so I am anxious to see if some weight dropped. I know I can feel it in my jeans (they feel lose!) so I am hopefuly but not counting on anything until Monday morning :)
