1/20 - better get a move on! I was away for a few days last week and while I didn't get any "scheduled workouts" in, I walked for at least 4 hours each day on Wed, Thurs, Fri - with Friday being about 8 hours of walking! So I'm not counting them as workouts but I definitely felt the muscles burning from that walking!

6/27 - Ran 1.8 miles in 23 minutes (yay)
I may have to re-evaluate my goal of 27 work outs since alcohol almost killed me this weekend. We'll see :) |
