Thanks for posting this up Stella! I thought about it yesterday but was tied up doing some things.
So I'm doing a minimum of 15 workouts of 45 minutes each this month... and I'm starting C25K this week! I have a 5k to train for in December! |
I only did it b/c I worked out, so it was purely selfish :)

My fitness goals this month are lofty: start and stay on C25k plan (this will be my 3rd restart), do 25 work outs total, meaning I'll be needing to get my happy behind back in the gym for strength and additional cardio, aaand my biggest one: keep myself on track enough that I feel strong enough and have the guts to start at a local bootcamp/training place. They are reasonably priced and I've heard awesome things, and they say you can do every session at your pace no matter what level you're at. I'm just too chicken to start now and worried I'd be the only girl that can't keep up. If I give myself a few weeks to push myself I know I'll feel more confident and be better able to the most out of the work outs.
So, I'm in FL and the heat index right now is 102. I'm going to cook the husband dinner and wait for sunset to do day 1 of c25k and 1/25 August workouts! |
