I'm doing weight watchers. At first I was trying to eat nothing but whole foods, but the goal is to stick with program and some boxed things, such as english muffins, make it tons easier. So I'm doing the Flex plan with mostly whole foods.
I was exactly the same way!!! I would lose like 10 lbs and then backslide!! Over and over and over again. I joined the July weight loss challenge and one of my goals was not to give up, just keep going. Accountability is great.
@SarahD - I completely agree! I just joined by first BL challenge and I love the competitiveness. Having teammates also keeps me accountable, I don't want to let them down!
I hear ya Indiesou! I'm having troubles finding the motivation to even get started! No pounds lost yet. I know it just takes determination. Reading all the posted tips were very helpful too! Blah on motivation!
