The same thing happened to me the other day. I gained 2 lbs after I lost 3. Somebody told me that after you exercise your muscles sometimes can hold water. So I dunno.... I bet it's be back down tomorrow or by the latest the next day!

Thanks Lippy! I know I totally have a fear of doctors office scales to They always weigh me at minimum 5 lbs more than my at home scale. I know its going to be depressing
