Yay you started a new one. My goal is to continue working out at least five times per week and to shed 8lbs this month. I think thats reasonable!

My goal this month is to get to the 160's and exercise 6 times a week. I've been seriously slacking off, and eating junk since the weekend and need a kick in the butt to get back to my routine.

I'm excited for this!! It worked really well last time and kept me accountable!!

GW: 161 (Again, any more than that would be fabulous! I'd love to see the 150s, but I'm trying to keep my goals to what I feel are realistic for me

July 2: 167.5 Dang. I definitely shouldn't have eaten so late last night. I will be better today. This happened at the beginning of last month too...I'm gonna keep more on track this time!!

OK! I'm excited to do this! Totally slacked off like no tomorrow the whole second half of June shortly after I joined the forums, not only I did not lose any weight, I gained a few lbs back. So I'm hoping to lose 5lbs this month, please help keep me accountable ladies

I tried this for a little while back in May and fell off the wagon. I weigh myself every day anyway -- might as well keep track, huh?

I disappeared in the 2nd week of June and had 2 weeks of partying. Oops. Tried to be good and only put on 2 pounds. Let's hope July is more successful.

Hi!

I did fairly well the last week and then yesterday happened...It was bad. Lots of junk and sodas!
My goals for the month are to lose 8 to 10lbs (I think when I hit that point I will actually feel like I am accomplishing something) and to work out 5 days a week, one hour a day.

CW: 232.8
GW: 222 - 224

July 1: 232.8
July 2: 232.8 (I'm surprised it didn't go up! I was bad yesterday!)
July 3: 234.6
July 4: 233.4 (It was a bad weekend, foodwise! But, I'm working on it!)
July 5: 233 (Starting to get back on track)

Alright, I'm in! Let's DO this!!

Goal: 8lb loss
Plan: Stop letting my stomach make decisions that my brain should be making and start working out. Since I don't work out AT ALL right now I am going to start with 4 days a week, no time limit this month as long as I get up and do SOMETHING!

Here I come 220's!!

July 1: 237.5 (Back up 1 1/2 lbs )
July 2: 235.5
July 3: 234 (Still using possesed scale. Not sure how accurate)
July 4: 233
July 5: 235.6 (Got a new scale.)
July 6: 235.6 (Liked the numbers on the other scale better.)
July 7: 235
July 8: 235.8 (Darn Sodium)
July 9: missed weigh in
