I gained today, up to 173.8 from 173 a few days ago. Didn't eat the best yesterday (darn you chocolate covered potato chips!!) but I stayed in my calorie range, so it's probably from sodium. We shall see. |
Was beyond happy waking up this morning & seeing 174.8! I'm getting closer and closer to getting out of the 170's. I have not seen the 160's since my senior year of highschool which was 5 almost 6 years ago. I will be so incredibally happy when I get down to that!

Believe it or not I actually weigh less now than I ever did in high school ... I find it hard to believe myself actually.
I'm feeling pretty good. I have this lower stomach pooch that I'm sure will haunt me forever haha. I feel like I'm extremely broad across the back and really big around the rib area ... I don't know what that's about :lol: ... we'll see though lol |
Bass-- I so know what you are talking about. I have always been like that. The smallest I remember being was in the upper 150's and I have always kinda had big bones like my ribcage is big or something. I don't know if it's actual big bones or if I never got down small enuff to know what id look like without the bigness at the top! LOL. Hopefully I'll find out soon though.

Weighed in this morning at 174.2 --- I really can't beleive how fast the 170's are going for me. The 180's seriousally dragged but I'm last night I started thinking what if my batteries are dying in my scale? But the scale is only a month and a half old so I really doubt it. All these crazy scenarios were running threw my head. Anyway I truley beleive I have 4.2 lbs to lose and then I will have reached my Thanksgiving goal of 170 and will be happily looking forward to seeing the 160's decade!

Hey ladies. I have been away from this site for the past week or so, just like I've been making excuses to avoid the scale. I finally stepped on this morning, and was happy to see I've lost a tiny bit. I only avoid when I know I'm being bad though! The only reason I'm where I'm at is the extra exercise I've been doing.
I moved just over a week ago and am having a hard time staying on track in the new place. Cooking for myself makes all the difference. But now I'm back on here, back on the scale, and back tracking my food. Being accountable is the only way to go! I wish you all massive amounts of willpower this week! |
Weighed in today at 171.6, so am rounding it up to 172. Hopefully the next weigh in will see me teetering on the edge of the 160's... eek! :D

BassAckwards, you and I are very similar. Similar heights and weights. I too was never this small in highschool or even really middle school. Odd. Haha
Anywho, I gained this week. 176.4. Hydration was on though. Back on track and ready to go. A pound can be taken off easily. |
So proud/jealous of all you ladies whooshing on out of here! I'm up a pound to 179.2 today, but I started TOM last night, so I'm hoping for a big drop later in the week.

I was FINALLY down to 169lb then went right back to 171.5 today......hate...my...water...weight..!

179.5 today. I finally made it to the 170's! I haven't seen the 170's since I was 16!

So I'm at 179 this a.m.
I need to not weigh everyday ... it's going to drive me crazy. Especially since it took me soooo long to get out of the 180's. I don't know what the deal was last week ... there were 3 days last week when i was UNDER 179 ... even a 177.8 ... and even during the middle of the day with clothes on :lol: which never happens ... so I'm not sure what that was about. I'm still under 180 but I have a feeling 170's are going to take just as long as 180's did :lol: |
