OMG! 76.4 kg= around 168.5 lbs!!! FINALLY! Now to get to my birthday goal of 165. 11-20 here we come :) And then 160 by Christmas!

179.8 today I know I'm border line but i'm refusing to weigh myself for a few days at least to make sure it stays under! I will get out of these 70's. Keep up the great work everybody!

Up a pound, to 177.5. I had salty stuff all day yesterday, so I'm going to drink some extra water and hopefully it will go away soon. And maybe take a few friends.

I sadly have been stuck at 178 for the past 2-3 days I know its not that long but it feels like a century! LOL. Hopefully if I up my exercise today it will get a few oz off! lol

175 flat. The 70's are moving much quicker than the 80's or atleast thus far. We shall see. Hopefully I don't sit here for another 8 months. Gah! Its funny because I haven't altered my food too much. I still eat tons of snacks, don't count cals, and don't always eat healthy. I do exercise. ALOT. But I guess that's what 20 hrs of practice will get you. Anywho, what has changed is I eat when I'm hungry and I no longer eat breakfast and lunch in the dining halls. That may be it! Congrats to all losers this week and good luck to everyone for this next one!
