I am still at 174. I can't believe it hasn't moved at all!!! Anyone have any tips?? I have been at the same weight for over 10 days. :(

liss, try changing up your workout routine i.e. if you're a jogger, try cycling instead...working out in the morning is also much better for fat burning....maybe even try interval training (run fast for 2min, slow down for 3 min, power walk for 2 min and repeat) you need to "confuse" you're body and trick it into losing weight..b/c it will just get used to you're daily routine and you wont experience any weight loss that way...keep trying =)

I've been away from the boards and weightloss for a while, I put on a few lbs over the summer period, getting back up to 185, but over the past three or four weeks, without really 'trying' I've managed to drop all the way to 176 as of last Monday!
My lifestyle has totally changed and I'm way more active than I was previously, so I know this is my body adjusting and when I settle into my new routine I'll have to start tracking again, but I'm just glad that my physical efforts are paying off AND I'm almost half way through the 170's!!! I'm really excited for my official weigh in on Monday and I'm hoping ot be out of the 170's within a month :D |

ughhh 173.6 today! i know its my fault...all that pizza, tira mi su, and alcohol over the weekenddd ahhh...ok no more cheating/partying till after halloween..muahahahaha

176 for me this morning--fourth day of my period and I haven't pooped for two days. Augh! I know the scale will start dropping soon, I've been going to the gym and eating right. I was so weak during my weights, though, on the second day of my period. I was hoping to be down to 173 by now, I was 174 on the 12th and got my period on the 14th. This is period weight I'm experiencing, right?!?!?
Edit: Ate spinach, almonds, and added fiber to my cottage cheese--finally pooped! I'm down to 175, and that's an evening weight! I bet I'll be back to 174 by morning and start dropping the way I was. |
171.6! And it's TOM! I didn't expect to see a loss this morning. That definitely started my day off better. :carrot:

I don't want to be back here, but I feel like I need to be honest and accept the fact that I've been bouncing between 168-172 :( 170.2 this morning, though, so hopefully I'm rejoining the 160's tomorrow!

170 exactly today. There's a number I've never seen on the scale before. Hope it stays there for my official weigh in on Sunday. :D

I'm at 172 today, and day three of the start of my lifestyle change. I hope I can join the 160's next week :D
