I'm here! Avoided 3FC for awhile (never a good idea!) due to a misstep but I'm now at 175.8! I was back up into the 180's for a bit...it was no bueno due to an awful night but back on track for a week plus has brought me to my lowest weight yet and I won't have another bad night like that again. :nono:

Funny thing is that one bad night set me back a few weeks I feel but I gained NO weight from Thanksgiving. It really is an emotional thing, come to find out!

172.8 this morning! I know it's probably going to fluctuate up a bit, especially with TOM coming in about a week. But I'm still excited, considering before I left to visit my brother this past week it was 174.8 ^^
