I didn't see a new thread, so here goes!

Finally! The scale has budged -- I'm down to 170.5. Maybe with hard work over the weekend I can hit the 160s? Here's hoping!!

You're soo close! I'm still at 170.5. Seems like I flew through most of the 170s but I have been stuck down here on the lower end.
I'm gonna go a couple of challenges -- I'm determined to be in the 150s by August!

I keep bouncing between 176 and 175. I want out of the 170s! It's crazy that I'm almost 10 pounds from a "normal" bmi!

I am 171.2 today!!!! HOPING HARD that this sticks!! Woop!! I would love to be 169 in a week. Come on brain!! Stick to it!!

Was down as low as mid-160s but a binge during finals made me shoot up to the 180s:(. Fortunately I'm back in the 170s, and now am around 177ish. The 170s have been a difficult decade for me to get out of in the past, but since I was 166 at least I have recent pictures of myself at that weight to motivate me in the journey back down.

After entirely too long in the 180s (are we seeing a trend here?) I'm now in the 170s. :)

177.2 yesterday and 176.0 today (but I'm dehydrated, either way I think it's safe to say I'm in the 170s).

I can't wait to get (back) out of the 170s. I keept getting down to 174 (I'm there now) then bounce back to 178...but I'm not letting it happen again this time! 160s here I come!!

172.2! I feel like I've been in this decade forever. But I guess as long as I'm not here as long as I was in the 180s, I won't complain too much lol.

I get in exercise ruts so I know that my body responds nicely when I switch it up...

The eating is the main thing but my body really likes exercise

Were totally getting out of the 170's soon!

I can hardly wait to get finished with work so I can head off to the gym. It has been a while, so I'm going to have to ease back in. When I was on top of my game I'd workout really hard for an hour....to ease back in do you think I should work really hard for 30 minutes, or moderately hard for the full hour? I'm thinking I should stick with the hour....

I just posted my plan in the back to school challenge, but I thought I'd stick it here also...

OMG!! I've been having some little whooshes the last few days. I started the week off at 172.2. Then yesterday was 171.0. Today? 169.8! :carrot::carrot: I know it'll likely go back up but I'm excited just to see it!
