Hi guys,
Don't know if I'm posting this in the right place but ah well.
My adorable boyfriend has come up with a brilliant plan to keep me going. He has a big 20 litre water container and every week we put in the amount of water equivalent to how much weight I loose.
Every time I get disheartened he goes and gets it and makes me walk around with it so I can see just how far I have come.
Anyone got any other ideas like this to keep us motivated?
