Smile Extra motivations...

Hi guys,

Don't know if I'm posting this in the right place but ah well.

My adorable boyfriend has come up with a brilliant plan to keep me going. He has a big 20 litre water container and every week we put in the amount of water equivalent to how much weight I loose.

Every time I get disheartened he goes and gets it and makes me walk around with it so I can see just how far I have come.

Anyone got any other ideas like this to keep us motivated?

That's a really cool idea, what a sweet boyfriend! I keep around and old pair of pants from my HW that I put on when I'm feeling down. It's something tangible for how far I've come.

Aww, what a nice boyfriend! That's a great idea.

I'm not sure if this is motivation- but I did something that will make me hesitant to stay at this weight. I have this black summer dress that is long and baggy and doesn't look that great on me. It does cover everything and is sort of my go-to summer outfit because I can feel fat and wear it. Well, I gave it to Goodwill. I hate it! I want to wear things I like- not things that will do. I am hoping every week or so to get rid of something that doesn't make me feel great.

Sidenote: I did this last summer with some of my jeans- except I cut the legs off which would supposedly force me to lose weight because I would only have one pair of jeans left come Fall. I still only have one pair of jeans- and it's really annoying, lol.
