Wasn't feeling good on monday..I dont no about you but when I'm not feeling well eating healthy or semi healthy is the last thing on my mind. I started eating bad...Then found out on tuesday my temp to perm job...is just temp..today is my last day and but they want me perm..but not until august...continued to eat bad. Here it is friday and i've eaten in a way i haven't eaten in almost 2 months......
I WILL NOT LET THIS STRESS CAUSE ME TO SCREW UP MY HARD WORK (Yes i'm yelling LOL) I WILL NOT LET MYSELF GAIN THOSE 11LBS BACK THAT I'VE WORKED SO DANG HARD TO LOSE!!!!!!! I HAVE A GOAL..AND I'M GOING TO REACH THIS GOAL FOR ONCE IN MY LIFE!!!!
I will get back on track starting TODAY..not monday!! I'm going to look at not having a job as a mini vacation and more time for me to focus on working out harder and more frequently! I will do my cardio and my turbo jam (man i hate that dvd LOL) and i will sweat until i can't sweat anymore!!!! I WILLL get out of the 200's!! And I'm going to feel great doing it!!!!
Yay! I find it so easy to turn to food when I'm having a bad time also.
I guess we have to remember than in the long term its not going to make us feel any better!
