I weigh daily as well. Just cause it helps me stay on track. I only record my weight on Mondays & Fridays though.

I offically weight in once a week, but occasionally will hop on the scale to see where I am mid-week.

I've tried the 'once a week' thing, and found that I would gain more weight in the long run. Seems like 'out of sight, out of mind' and I wouldn't eat like I should. When I was a teenager I weighed every day, until my mother found out what I was up to (eating disorder) and got rid of the scale. Now that I am an adult (without the ED) I weigh daily. It helps me keep track of fluctuations, and I can compare to figure out how well I am doing. Plus, no excuses to go off plan. I also compare for the week before, and see how much of an actual difference there really is.

stuff like that?
its better for me to just weigh myself in the morning and then be done with it. it is what it is, and i dont have to think focus on that number again for another 24 hours.
This is exactly how I feel about it
