I weigh myself every morning and sometimes during the day. I know that weghing yourself during the day isnt acurate at ALL, but I find that if I'm tempted to eat something I know isn't good for me, that weghing myself is a good way to stay on track. At least for me anyways.

Also, like someone else said, if I dont I'll obsess about it all day.

I weight myself every morning.. like others have said, it keeps me accountable. I need to know what is going on with my body. If I ate too much sodium the day before.. it shows.

At one time I was going to change it to once a week, but I just couldn't do that. Need to see those numbers!

I weigh every day, too. I tried weighing once a week but found that it put too much importance on the number on the scale.

So now I weigh every day and don't sweat it if it stays the same or goes up a bit.

But I "count" just my Monday weigh-ins as far as tracking my weight loss on here/my ticker.

Weigh in everydayer....I cant seem to get off my scale. It keeps me accountable and smart for the rest of the day. I weigh in the morning and at night so I can see what I gained in food during the day. Most of the time its a 3-4lb difference...I drink a lot of water and pee a lot during my sleep (TMI) but true

I weigh every day. If I don't I start giving myself excuses to eat crap and gain weight and not weigh because if I don't see the number on the scale it doesn't exist .

Every day until recently, I just decided to go by how well I fit in my skinny jeans.

Daily works best for me, although I did need to learn to expect and not to react in panic to fluctuations.

whenever i'm at the gym, i weigh myself. i don't think it's too accurate, since i go home and stuff my face right afterwards.

i weigh myself before and after my workout and it looks like i lose .5 lbs of water each time. you'd think that the weight would stay the same, since any sweat would stay in my clothes... but i guess i'm exhaling that much water as i breathe? o_O

It has taken a really long time for me to be able to do it and not make myself crazy, but I weigh every morning with an official weigh-in on Wednesdays. I think weighing every day simultaneously keeps me on track and helps desensitize me to the actual (often fluctuating) number, if that makes any sense at all--LOL.

I weigh every day... it took a while to understand that fluctuations will happen and I shouldn't react negatively, but now I love it.

Plus, if I wake up bloated (after too much vodka and coke... *cough*) I get a nice surprise if I'm only up 0.4lbs. Small wins, I guess...

Usually every day or every other day. I only 'count' it once a week though.

Everyday. I don't want to say that it keeps me "accountable" because that doesn't really make sense to me. Weight is just that... weight... whether it comes from food or from water. I just do it because it's motivation for me. If I see the numbers go up, it pushes me to stay on plan. If I see the numbers go down, it motivates me to stay on plan so I can see then go down MORE. lol.

My weight for the past week:
152.6
152.4
151.4
151.8
149.8 (I liked this day! lol)
150.0

It's usually not down everyday, but Aunt Flow just left so I've been getting rid of some extra bloat weight. Hoping I can be back in the 140's by my official weighin on Saturday!

I was a weekly weigher for the first few months, but I have recently started daily weighing. I much prefer it. I'm not constantly curious, it keeps me more accountable (instead of eating really well 2 days before WI and then cheating after weighing), and I just think my fluctuations are interesting.

I now weigh every morning, and sometimes throughout the day. Not necessarily obsessive "omg, what do I weigh now!?" I just think it's neat to see how my body changes over the day. I know not everyone thinks like this, but understanding my fluctuations makes them easier to deal with.

I weigh daily, but I usually hop on the scale during the day or at night to see how I'm doing. I know I'm usually 2 pounds higher in the day, so I can predict how well I did based on that.
