So my read deciding factor for needing to lose weight is my tom was being affected. When I first started I was be anywhere between 2 and 3 weeks late(going off of 28 day cycle)..I just started yesterday (I know TMI) and I was only at a 30 day cycle!!!
I'm down 20 lbs and haven't really lost a pant size quite yet but honestly, I'm more excited and thrilled about this than actually being smaller than I was 3 months ago!! Only thing that I don't like is that I'm actually getting pms symptoms now where as before I had know idea it would be coming until bam. Oh the joys of getting older...
