MARY - don't SCARE me like that! I like C25K because I have the app on my iphone. I turn my ipod on shuffle and turn on the app and it tells me when to walk and run, etc... I haven't really looked at the weeks ahead because I don't want to psych myself out. GOOD LUCK!

Pammy I have continued to lose weight at home which is amazing to me... my mom no longer puts bacon grease in her green beans... I know you will all cringe at that haha... and she is becoming really good about not using butter in things I eat... I try to keep her on her toes though and always question her about what is in EVERYTHING

Pammy - HAHAH My best friend has been fussing about it gettting cold there. He used to live in Georgia so I keep reminding him that he is accustomed to colder weather. He swears his blood has thinned out... I keep reminding him he's OLD (he'll be 37 in January). Glad to hear you're feeling better!

Seriously, it beyond cold here...i don't know why i live in canada...it's brutal! my car would barely start this morning and this weather just makes me want to drink hot chocolate with peppermint schnapps and snuggle with the hubby and puppy...i WISH i was in Florida right now!!!!
Haley - my grandpa used to eat bacon grease and raspberry jam sandwiches! how sick is that??? so bacon grease is green beans doesn't sound AS bad...
Feral - I finished C25K this spring, and barely made it through the first week, i was so out of shape. it definitely gets easier as you go, although it probably sounds really scary right now. although, i will admit, the first 20 minute run almost made me puke!
Skinny- bacon grease and raspberry jam--that is disgusting!!!! -31 sucks but snuggling up with hot chocolate, schnapps, hubby (bf in my case), and puppy (hamster in my case, lol) sounds really good right about now!
I'm from the South and THAT made me gag.... woof. Although I have major texture issues anyway so neither of those things would be on my bread. *shudders*

bacon grease on anything other than bacon MAYBE sounds gross. And i have epic texture issues too feral! Omg i thought i was the only one. I cant eat bananas because of it, they have to be smoothie-ed
well, i guess if you want the "true Canadian experience" you could come in the winter, but it is definitely not the best season in my opinion! it literally hurts to be outside for more than 5 minutes today! (-35 celsius).

I'm okay with bananas... its mainly things of a gelatinous nature. Like you know how some things kind of get that way after you've refrigerated them? Yeahhh can't eat them after that because that's all I think about.

I'm at school, supposed to be doing this report for a visit I went on last December. Typically they're supposed to be done in 2 months. Oops.
I have a presentation tonight, and I don't know if I should be worried about it or not. The professor is SO unclear about what she wanted (we had to make a wiki) and my other group members have done about the same amount of work as I have, so I'm kinda like /shrugs. I dunno.

It was like 60 and raining in Phoenix today...I'm frozen. It's better than the 71 it was in my house Sat and I was under 2 blankets, socks, and slippers...ya I like the heat (I'm from Mich go figure)
