Haley, its okay. Its good that you know what you ate and you want to change what you've done. A good strategy may be to think about what you were feeling or what was going on when you felt the need to eat like that. Maybe that'll help? Either way, you'll get back on track

Today was better. Eating throughout the day is much better than massive food intake at night. Today was good considering it was a 12 hour driving day and food on the road was almost all three meals. Veggies and fruits were consumed and calories were in check. Caffeine was out of whack but you know...I peeked at the scale and with all the drink and post dinner I was 188, so hopefully I'll be okay for the weighin. Hoping to be at 186. That would be awesome as I don't remember my last time being 186. I think it may have been 8th grade. Possibly 7th. I'm so excited to be on track. I've never not been clinically overweight so I'm pumped to be on track for that....atleast not since I was like 6 and even then I may have been. No matter, will get there.
