Stella - The first thought that comes into my mind when I wake up in the morning is "I can't wait until I can go back to sleep tonight!" It's really bad how much I look forward to bed time....especially during the week!

Oh my goodness, I swear that yesterday was awful!!! I was so hungry throughout the entire day and I just couldn't make the hunger stop no matter what. I finished my dinner and could have eaten another whole plate. TOM is coming next week, so I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it?

189.4!!!!!!!!

Now to hold onto this.

The silly cat unplugged my alarm clock this morning, so I definately didn't work out, but I'm going to do that when I get home. I'm so sore from the Wii Fit (awesome, btw) that I'm going to do cardio, and I'm so excited...

Stella - YAAAAAAY!!!!! I knew you could do it!!

I'm LOVING the recipes on Spark People - they're sooo good! Last night I found a cajun tilapia recipe that was delicious, I used Caribbean Jerk Seasoning that my parents just brought back from jamaica, and I made broccoli and spinach, and roast red potatoes (which I didn't eat, because I wanted a muffin instead). I also made those pumpkin muffins. Oh my god. OMG. Delicious, words cannot even describe how good they are!!!

stella- congrats!!! that's so awesome

platform- all of that sounds soooo delicious.

I needed to get 8 solid hours last night so no gym for me this morning, but I'm going to go running after work. I've started to use the chin-up machine at the gym, and so far I can lift 70lbs of my body weight for 10 reps.

What a tiring day, aside from killer TOM cramps and exhaustion and tons of classwork that I have to do, I took my younger brother to take his driver's test today! He passed But it was so nerve-wracking watching him! It was like I was taking my test all over again hahaha. And then he was introduced to the DMV, in all it's glory lol.

Forest - I hear you, I think that's why my cat unplugged my alarm. She somehow knew the sleep was a better idea.

Congrats to your brother, Platform

Ah, the Jersey DMV. The memories...the MVA down here seems to be a lot more organized, but is still a mess.

I do not want to work today. Nor do I want to eat my lunch. I'm just not hungry, so I'm just going to have my chopped up veggies and fruit and see how I feel later.

My bf went to the gym with me last night... and we raced. I beat him in a mile race... 8 min mile!

I went over calorie wise at Cold Stone... but definitely worked some of it off... trying to be good the rest of the week!.

loquacious - In high school I used to be able to run the mile in a little over 8 minutes, great job! If I raced my boyfriend I know he'd win - not only was he on the track team in high school but he's 6'3" and I'm 5'2" and his legs are waaaaay longer than mine lol!

Stella - the Jersey DMV is its own circle of **** :[ I hate going there.

Platform: Ah, but I love Jersey so When I travel and people ask "So where are you from?" I always say Jersey, never MD. I just moved here, I'm not from here (no offense to MDers)

I GOT TO WORK OUT
I went to the fitness room thingie. The elliptical machines suck. So after 15 minutes of frustration, I decided to go on the treadmill and I alternated running/walking for 30 minutes. Then I came home and discovered that I have ExerciseTV. oh.my.god. Its the most amazing thing ever. I just did a 2 mile brisk American Heart Association walk thing. Amazing. I had to stop myself from doing another work out because 75 minutes in one day (after I haven't worked out for 3 weeks) is enough. I can't wait for tomorrow

God did I miss exercise...

You mean people actually RAN the miles when in high school gym class? My friends and I usually made sure that the "fast" people passed us at least twice and then we called it a day! LOL Just one more reason why it amazes me that I can jog for 20 minutes straight on the treadmill now!!!

When I went to the gym this afternoon, I walked into the second floor where I normally work out and saw a brand new row of ellipticals added!!! That was definitely exciting! The tv's actually changed channel too The one elliptical I usually end up using whenever I am there does not change channels and is on ABC continuously. I have gotten kind of hooked on General Hospital as a result since I am usually at the gym for the hour that it's on everyday! haha

Stella - LOL, we're always Jersey girls - born n' raised! I'm such a Jersey girl that I actually have a New Jersey shaped birth mark in my not-cleavage lol!!! It's always amused me. Yay for working out! AND YAY FOR EXERCISETV!! Isn't it great?! And Leslie Sansone - I loooove her walk away the pounds stuff! The 2 mile walk (and 3 mile when they had it on there) is what I've been doing along with outside walks since September! There's also some Biggest Loser and JMichaels stuff on there too. It's so overwhelming at first that you just want to try it all, right? lol!!

I am FINALLY done my classwork for today. YESSSS!!! Now I'm in cosy clothes (all bundled up because I'm cold all of the time now. I don't remember being this cold when I was this weight in high school... and I like the cold!) and I'm knitting a keychain for my brother's car keys. It's a green circle with a cool yellow skull on it! It knits up surprisingly fast so I'm thinking of making a few others for my friends as stocking stuffers hehehe! I also broke out my Christmas playlist on iTunes and am jamming out to it lol.

Sorry guys dont have much time for personals. Ill catch up tommrow Im ready to pass out. On a side note my sister made homemade pizza for everyone for dinner and I decided to make my own too. So i took a wheat tortilla some of the pizza sauce some LF cheese and tomatoes... and I was really shocked because It was AWESOME! Even my mother ate a piece of it and preferred it to the real deal. Go me for making something healthy way better for you than a full fat recipe!!

Pammy - I've been doing that lately, revamping some dishes that my parents like to make with recipes I find on SparkPeople (like the cajun tilapia we ate last night mmmmm!) and so far everyone loves when I make dinner lol. They keep begging me to make dinner every night!

Ok ladies so went to the store tonight (weird 8 hour sale) but bought some healthy stuff, fruit, bake chips, healthy lunch meat, so that I can stop eating junk food during the day. We had really ran out of groceries.

Major battle with insomnia last night which sucked. I got up at like 2, then 4, then at 5:30 realized I wasn't going to be able to go back to bed so finally at 6:30 got up and did stuff. Had breakfast, worked out for another hour and a half (not nearly as sore as I was yesterday from it). Then I cleaned the apartment some (I'm really the only one that ever cleans), talked on the phone with a few people, and then played with my new touch for a bit. I'm waiting for another work assignment, I think I should be able to get it within the next few days which will make me more productive during the day. I can't weight.

I'm attaching a photo from Halloween, it's not a very good one, my roommates still haven't uploaded theirs but I poached this from one of my friends facebooks pages and clipped it so it's just me.
