everlasting- i love xc too--i've only done it a few times but yeah the hills are scary when you have no edge! I also love to snowshoe. It's such great exercise for the winter.
platform- i like the first ones, but the other two could be cute depending on your jacket
chele- I actually went to Salzburg a few years ago and skipped the Sound of Music Tour--it was really expensive. But we did see the places that were shot in the downtown area. It's a gorgeous city.
Hey ladies I didnt have much time to read over the last couple of posts so forgive me Im having a hard time getting my snacking under control this week and its driving me INSANE! Healthy or not eating a ton of it doesn't make it healthy!!!!!!! Ive been fine with my workouts but I know im eating more calories then im burning and I feel terribly guilty about it but I keep doing it. Today I am determined to not snack out of control and Im telling you guys because I need someone to hold me responsible. Hope everyone is having a better week than me
Ugh. 190.8. Yes only 0.4 lbs. I got home from class at 11pm last night, so opted to sleep in instead of working out this morning. I'm going to go to the complex gym and do some Wii Fit later after class - I should be home by 7:30 so that's much more manageable
I'm also making cupcakes because one of my roommates is coming over for dinner tomorrow I'm excited to have company, but this means I have to fold all the clothes that are hanging out on my couch doubling as a bed for the cat.
I skipped the gym this morning too, and I won't have time to go later Must stop eating these smarties I'm snacking on.
oh man I LOVE smarties. those little things are evil. lol.
Im glad I didn't have anyone to go trick or treating with, and I had to work, it all worked out in the end for me I think.
And yay stella for almost out of the 190's!!! And I wish i could have a kitty, my apartment manager says no way.... oh well.
Im going to get contacts today. YAY. no more glasses. excited.
So I saw 195 on the scale this morning. I don't understand how my body can chug around water like it does, but I suppose that my seeming-relapse this weekend could have just been extra water weight from my sodium filled pizza outing on Saturday night. Maybe I won't be so off track after all.
My knees are hurting, I don't know if I want to do running today. I need to get a gym pass so that I can start swimming. I hope my knee pain can diminish along with my weight.
Mickey - Yay contacts!!! I tried to get them in 5th grade and nearly pulled my eyes out trying to get the contact back out (after it took me an hour and a half and lots of tears to get it in), so I stayed with glasses until 7th grade when I got better at them.
Forestroad - I like gummy candies like gummy bears and swedish fish. And chocolate. Especially with peanut butter. Mmmm must go find a healthy snack because it's snack time and all the candy talk is making my binge fingers twitch!
Stella - LOL, yes they are. And mine gets sooo jealous of other people I interact with. And she hates me when I leave for a few hours at a time, a day, and forget when I go on vacation. She comes in and (she's part siamese) meows at me in the highest pitch she can manage lol.
So when I got up this morning I figured that after tumbles with the boy the night before would put me at 188, since I was at 188.5 the day before. I at a small breakfast there (special k bar and half of a doughnut because there was no cereal, yogurt, fruit, eggs, or oatmeal :< Need to food shop for the boy lol) and I'd only had one glass of water. So I drive home, pee because I always pee after a long drive, and hop on the scale sans pants. 187. ONE. EIGHT. SEVEN. I need to get out all of my happiness about this now because starting tomorrow is TOM and until Sunday I will just be a sad panda carrying at least 3lbs of water weight :<
I'm off to do my C25K W2D2 (or, I'm going to attempt it.... my whole body and my vagoo are sooo sore lol. That boy kills me <3)

My weekend food-wise was not as good as it could have been. My birthday and Halloween are within a couple days of each other, so you can imagine how that turns out. I actually haven't eaten Halloween candy for awhile, ever since I got to college. I did overindulge in the champagne and uh, vodka, a little bit at the Halloween party. But it was on a boat!
I am back on track with my eating though. I bought lots of yummy veggies, fruits, and lentils today! And of course, I am head-over-heels for this adorkable Dutch boy. New crushes always affect my appetite; it always goes down!
I did the W2D2 for C25K and got through it fine. I really needed the stretching I did afterwards, though! I've decided instead of walking on my off days for C25K I'm going to try two or three days a week of 6 pack in 6 weeks level 1, it's with Cindy Whitmarsh and some of the other exercise TV trainers. The first 30 minutes is a circuit training similar to The Firm 500 Calorie workout (actually, REALLY similar, it's basically the same thing) then there's 15 minutes of abs strength training with Cindy. Oooh, and I'm excited for next Friday because according to iCal, that's when I take my next progress picture
I'm eating now (its so late but I only had 16 points so far today so I HAVE TO HAVE SOMETHING) and I'm going to go to sleep, hopefully by 10, and get up and go to the gym. I really wanted to exercise tonight, I just got home too late and I'm exhausted. Stupid school.
Hi guys... I've been so busy with midterms/papers this week. I haven't ran in forever before tonight (I've lost my resistance...). Despite drinking and eating everything that you shouldn't ( ..half a bag of those halloween trick-or-treat things.. ), I have my period and I didn't gain a thing despite the water weight. wtf body? I'm pumped for it ending... maybe I lost a pound!!
Otherwise, I've been spending time with my boyfriend... and eating all the delicious things he cooks. Mmmm.
