I'm a little late to the game but I'd like to join. I was 180 this morning so for halloween I would like to be back to 175. It's 5 lbs in a little over 3 weeks, I realize. Hoping I can do it!!

I hope I'm not too late!!! I'd love to join. I'm 142 now sooo..hmm..I'll try for 136 by Halloween! I'm pretty sure I can do that..eek!

I still don't know what I'm going to be for Halloween..I'm having a party at my new place though, yay!

161.4 again this morning, blah. Am going to get more serious about this Halloween Goal starting now!

Does anyone know if having a cold makes you retain water/not lose weight? I don't know if it matters at all, but I have a cold coming on and am just curious if it's going to influence anything. Thanks guys :-)

Okay...I feel back on track. I managed to get up at 6ish this morning and go for a run even though it's cold, windy and rainy here. I'm rather proud of myself. Just gotta stay on top of it.

Colds can make you retain water/gain weight, especially if you're all congested. Think of all that crap you're sneezing/coughing up. It adds up. Also, your body is "stressed" so its going to hold onto water. Just make sure you're getting plenty of fluids. This helped me last week.

192.6. I think I just didn't drink enough water the day before yesterday. Whew. I start Week 3 of C2K today!

I'd like to join! A bit late in the challenge, but I'll take what I can get. I was 210.8 this morning (ACK!) I just started better eating habits on Monday, getting back on track after a 6+ month hiatus (and 20lb weight gain). This is the most I've EVER weighed in all my life and I want it GONE. So, 10lbs by 10/31. I'd like to be under 200 but I don't know if that will happen....so we'll stick with the big 2-0-0. Urgh.

So far down to 191 (confirmed as of this morning, thank you very much!!!) from 195 when I started... I had set a goal of 183 by Halloween and I'm stickin' with it. My bday is on Monday though and I really want to give myself the present of being in the 180s again, finally! yay for weight loss!!

I have self-control problems with reeses peanut butter cups. Therefore I had oatmeal for dinner. Its 2 points and I just ran, so I refuse to go to bed without eating. We'll see how terrible this is tomorrow.
