Ugh so somehow I shot back up to 141 since Friday. WTF. So that makes it 6lbs for me to get down to 135...that's a lot for 5 weeks for me, but if I get under 137 I'll be happy.

My goal will be at least 5 lbs by Halloween. So 175lbs or less! Mini goals are so important for me, I tend to overwhelm myself with the bigger picture. Good luck everyone! No Halloween candy for me this year!
