How is everyone doing?? I was out ALL day yesterday & hadn't eaten in like 5 hrs so I caved & had Panera (could've been worse), so I got back on today. We'll see what the scale has to say tomorrow. I feel super bloated so I'm hoping I'm not carrying extra water weight. I'll check in with you all tomorrow!
I can't seem to get it together. Ever since my birthday, I have fallen & I can't get up. I was doing fine with the Atkins this week & then yesterday I started feeling terrible. I was so bloated that I was in excruciating pain. And then I got super sick last night. I think my period is gonna start soon, and I am up 5 lbs & feeling awful. I just want to get over whatever is going on with my body and feel better.
We are trying to get pregnant & I feel like I am already giving in to the cravings that are not even real. Ugh! Although I have been craving green beans so at least those are good for me.
I'm not doing too bad. The only thing I am not completing is going to the gym. Between my knees causing me terrible pain and working for 9 hours, I'm exhausted and can't wait until I have just ONE job and have two full days off to rest. I'm behind on my cleaning and home duties because on my only day off, I just want to relax. Oh well! Hopefully I'll have a nice weigh in on Monday. I might wait a day or two to get rid of the TOM damage. Showed up a couple days early.
I did everything except my exercisin' which I'll get back to now that TOM is almost over, it's getting warmer outside so my knees aren't bothering me, and I'm NOT exhausted!
Monday: 1528 calories
Tuesday: 1479 calories- 30 mins cardio
Wednesday: 1379-
Thursday: 1323- 60mins of cardio!!!!!
Friday: 1528- 45 mins cardio- 4MILES!!!! In 45 mins!!! I've never, ever ,ever been able to do this before.... ever
