Hi All!

A few months ago I got serious about my weight loss and came across this site. Why in the heck I started before a holiday season, I have no idea. I totally fell of the wagon with traveling and being around family. I totally disappeared from the site and even flaked out on my BL Team (sorry guys! )

For the past couple of weeks I've been back on track and have lost the weight I had gained back. I know this whole thing isn't gonna be easy, but I'm at least glad that this time I didn't just say oh well and stop trying all together. I guess that's progress.

Thank you ladies for your support, and I wish you all a great deal of luck in your weight loss goals, because you're a great help to mine.

The holidays are definitely a pitfall for me, just too much temptation. Just get back on the wagon hun. We are all here to support you along the way, you did it before and you can definitely do it again
