I weigh myself about once a week.
I used to weigh myself everyday, but, depending on what the scale said, I would either be depressed all day (if it was higher than I expected) or happily snacking all day (if I loss a few). This downward spiral continued for months until, one day, my 2 year old son (bless his heart) picked up Mommy's scale and dropped it. It's broken now. It tells me I weigh 120, when that it so obviously not true (but makes me feel glamorous

)so I have to weigh myself at my Mom in law's house. I refuse to buy another one, as I dont want to start the cycle again.
Sadly, I did gain for a while when the scale broke.
