I know people have probably most likely asked this before but I just want your guys input...How often do you weigh yourself? I am OCD about it. I mean not like all day but I feel like I have to do it when I wake up. Sometimes even at night I want to go look and it's so hard not too. I try to only do it in the morning because I know that is your truest weight. At night your weight could have fluctuated, So what about you guys, do you weigh yourself daily, weekly, or monthly? I know I couldn't do it monthly. I think after this weekend, starting Monday I am going to start just doing it weekly do I quit obsessing over it.
i weigh every day. it keeps me in check. i also measure once a week. there is a sense of accountability when i am laying here at night craving some chocolate then i remember i have to face that unforgiving scale in the morning. i know if i only weighed once a week i would think oh it's okay i can get back on track tomorrow or the next day.

i am having this problem too. i was planning on starting to weigh only once a week; sundays for my biggest loser challenge. it's going to be hard, but the scale is causing a lot of stress so i think i need to go down to once a week. good luck girl!
I used to be OCD about it, but I finally took my scale & my measuring tape & put them in the linen closet - out of sight, out of mind. I weigh & measure myself once a week. I like doing it that way. I look forward to Sunday mornings getting to see how I did that week.
I weigh myself every Sunday, but I've noticed lately that I am tempted to step on the scale every day. When I do that though, I'm not as happy with the number as when I do it once a week. I keep expecting it to go down 1-2 lbs everytime I get on it, like it has been on Sundays!
I was weighing myself twice daily some days and making myself more and more depressed, my scales at home are not accurate so it fluctuates, so I got my husband to hide them somewhere (probably the bin knowing him haha).
Now to weigh myself I have to do it at work, so I haven't as yet, partly because of the challenge I'm on and partly because I work in a veterinary hosptial and the scale is built into a table so it's kinda embarrassing
someone always walks past as your clambering ontop lol
I'm the same as Deathnotronic, for me it's best to weigh only in the morning and that's it. If I don't do it I start eating more and sneakily gaining. Stopped weighing for a year because my scale broke, and I put on A LOT.
