aw, I miss Dallas. I lived there for a year. Nice place.

Today I walked the dogs 2 times for 30 minutes. Then I spent 15 minutes on the ellipticul machine at the gym.

Have you ever felt that all the skinny little *******s at the gym are looking at you and laughing at you? Well that was me tonight. I had planned on being there for an hour.. but I could barely make it to 15 minutes with out running away screaming.

hi everyone--- i havent been on for personal reasons --- so anyway--- i've been sitting at 148 for like a month and then i gain like 2lbs overnight and i keep gaining and losing those 2 lbs day in day out lately--- its upsetting me but since i havent worked out in a little over a week i guess it has to do with that---and i'm also feeling bloated like my clothes are all once again too tight--- ---- yeah i think i'm pregnant but once again cant know for sure just yet--- irregular periods and when i had my son i was about 3 months along when the line actually showed on a pregnancy test ---so even though i keep getting negative results i still think i am---

I have been working real hard since last weeks weigh in. I have exercised for 7 days straight. I am totally motivated!!!!!! I hope everyone has had as great as a week as i have.

I've been doing great with my workouts as well!! 5 days on my dvd and 2 days walking!! I'm nearing the end of my very very very long and drawn out totm BUT I suddenly dropped EIGHT POUNDS this week!

still havent worked out in two weeks--need to get my butt into gear-===but i've been sick for past week now with a nasty cold--- so getting rid of that then kicking my butt to the gym but at least i'm down for the week

Heather88 Congratulations on the 8 pounds!!! that is truly an accomplishment.

Princess2323 I hope you start feeling better. I know how it can be getting sick and trying to get back on the band wagon.

As for me I have worked out eight days straight!!!! I think today is going to be my rest day so that I do not over do it, but I feel so great!! I have been going to the gym at 5am, and I woke up this morning and had to make myself stay in the bed. This is starting to get a little addicting. ITS KIND OF SCARY!!!!
