Started the 30 day shred.... i'm in pain.

I just found out that I'm going to disney and 5 of those days are at the water park!!!! T_T

aww, I love Disney! Even though you're dreading the water park right now, I'm sure you'll have tons of fun.

The 30 day shred is tough. I tried starting it, but I got bored with it, so now I just incorporate everything I do in the video into a work out on my own. People have had great success with it though.

20DS is next on my list of dvds to finish . . . I'm still working on cardio max lol. I've been on plan all week and this morning the scale actually said 286.8 :O.

My sleeping schedule is all wacky and is making it hard to remember when to eat and when to exercise lol. I think I'm doing pretty good with my calories and exercise, though.

The beginning of lvl 1 kills me! lvl2 is sooo hard, I usually stop for a few seconds to catch my breath lol. I don't even want to think of lvl 3.

Hi Girls! I'm still here!!! I've been crazy busy and unfortunately my weightloss has taken the back burner. Isn't that the way though? you'd think I'd learn that it's a lifestyle thing!

Well, it's been wedding stuff in addition to work that has me all busy nowadays. After not doing anything all of last year, it just clicked in Jan 1, 2009 that I should really get moving on some things! In fact, I just found my dress yesterday -- and it is gorgeous! With the way it fits, I don't even need to panic if I don't lose weight because it looks stunning as I am right now.

I'm happy that they're switching this challenge up! I couldn't ever see what the activities were before because my work firewall stopped it so it just made this a little more annoying than anything else. I'm perfectly happy with the focus going back to weightloss with a side challenge of activity just for fun.

So! how's everyone doing?

day 3 down~! only 7 to go.... until it gets harder that is.....

so they're changing it up huh? good good as long as I don't get thrown into a new team.

Do you do the jumping lunges? That and the side to side pushups, I usually go down on my knees for those.

o-o jumping lunges? I can barely keep my balance on the regulars as it is. I'd definitely fall over if i had to jump. Lol

I do about 5 of them and then do regular lunges! im not ashamed of it either its a VERY hard move.

I can do two of them lol, not ashamed either! They are the hardest move in that whole dvd.

Ugh, I'm so sore today. Did lvl 3 last night. I think my goal for this dvd is being able to do all 40mins without stopping.
The weightloss has stayed the same the past couple of days (I dont care as long as its not going up!) but my body feels like it is going through **** right now.
