Hello ladies. Hope everyone stayed OP yesterday. I was supposed to go do dinner with some friend but the stupid snow just wont stop so it got cancelled. So instead i went to the gym and worked my butt off. My legs are super sore today but it feels good. Crossing my fingers that when i get on the scale on monday i see 197.

My cold is officially on it's way out! So now I can finally start exercising again. I'll have to work my butt off to make up for this week.

Hey guys! I just realized this has started! When is our first weigh in?

I'm just starting to get back into losing, but I'm really excited to join this!

I'm Viatre, I'm seventeen, and I really want to lose 30 or so pounds this year, so this challenge should be a big help!

I am feeling much better today as well.. I had a little blues going on I guess. I think I really am starting my TOM now...its been weird but whatever I am definitely holding water in! So that means that I better work out extra hard so that when it is over it all comes off and I can be in the 180's

I extended my cardio routine especially for today since its the last day before a new week starts on this challenge! Woo, I FINALLY did lvl 2 kickboxing with jilian on my cardio dvd along with lvl 1 which makes for 35 mins. total.

I can see my arms, legs, face, neck, and even hands getting smaller but the tummy is still a mound of play dough! I'm about to look up some good exercises that help burn fat off the belly x.x.

ugh I feel like I've gained all the weight back today..super bloated and I had some ice cream last night! Blah...but today is a new day and time to seriously get back on track. My TOM is slowly but surely coming and its taking extra long this time. I just need to get off my booty and work out good today and stay in the healthy foods!
