level 2 again. i think it's starting to get not easier, but i'm getting stronger. i can drop down alot lower in the squats and lunges. and the squat thrusts were easier.
but every time it never fails, the second circuits cardio, i'm breathing super heavy for.
ella - level 2 is hard, but you can feel your body getting stronger every day. That being said, I've had to take quite a few days off... no way I could do all 10 days in a row! The wiifit is SO much fun! I did my body test this morning with hiccups, soooo bad!! My wii fit age went from 34 to 43!! It was funny, you could see on the graph when I'd hiccup!
No 30DS for me today, I woke up late, and work until 10pm. Thats a little too late for me!! I'll be back at it tomorrow though! I weighed this morning, my wii says I lost 3.7 pounds! Crazy!!
Skipped yesterday because I was feeling icky from only eating fruits & veggies, but I did get in my 60 mins on the elliptical - that made me feel like death.
But I'm getting back on it today. I'm feeling much better today! I already did my 60 mins on the elliptical, so in a bit once my food has digested I will get to the Shred. I love the changes I see in my body from the Shred.
Soure1sl: I still can't make it thru all the pushups. I hate those more than anything else. I can hear something crunching in my shoulder when I do it. Good for you!!
Had much more energy today so I was able to do this. Yesterday at this time, I was taking a nap because my energy level was non-existent, so this is a big improvement!
I have 30 DS..actually finished the 30 days some time last year..without following its diet plan and no other workout... I then kind of grew away from it. I do it time to time once in awhile but I really want to get back to the routine of using it.
I think this is a good thread! If you guys still do it next month, I will join ya! Good luck everyone for 10 more days!
Well I started my first day of level one today! Again.
I got 3 days done before I left for school and let myself lapse for almost a week so I'm starting over. I've only got 3lb weights out here, but for everything but chest flies and bicep curls it's enough (the shoulder stuff kills me!). I figure if I complete the whole thing I'll get 5lb weights as a reward and start again.
Have any of you noticed that the scale isn't moving or is moving more slowly since doing 30DS? ella- I think you mentioned this.
I can't take it! I hate not seeing those numbers go down even if I am building muscle and making myself more healthy. I am deluded I guess!
Jessie - I actually gained 8 pounds since I started, totally depressing. And then this week I haven't been able to do it as much as before and I lost 4 pounds of those 4. I don't get it. It's definitely hard to continue knowing those numbers aren't going to budge!
I will be doing 30DS after work today, so I will be back in 10 hours or so, lol.
Jessie- I totally with you, it is SOOO frustrating. I am not stopping yet but I am really watching what happens this week. But I seemed to lose a lot more when I am just doing cardio.
A little unhappy to hear about the scale not moving for people. But if it happens to me too I'll be glad to know I'm not alone. I weigh every day and I probably can't keep myself away from that, but I'm going to take my measurements again after level 1, hopefully that will give me good news.
