i always found the daily plates calorie counter thingy WAY off personally. i also think 1200 is too low... around 1400 is perfect for most people to prevent starvation mode kicking in.

I had some awesome news today. I won something at work! a Samsung home cinema system! Blu Ray DVD player and massive speaker system. i dont need the player as we have a PS3 so im gonna sell it, itll help towards that huge court bill we got! WOOHOO!

Kelli: did you just get all philosophical with us?

HWGA: yeah, well you are in the north bay, it does get colder up there, but I can go without a coat in 30 degree weather too...as long as the car heater is on. I'll just dress in layers and take off clothes accordingly. When we have ice, I just turn the heater on full blast while my car warms up and once the ice is melted, I scrape it off with the back of the squeegee.

Ghost: 2 weeks just feels like foreverrrrrrrrrrrr. And I know that Christmas Eve Eve Eve and Christmas Eve Eve are going to be the longest days of my life! And yeah, you do have the weirdest dreams.

Bee: that's why I live alone! LOL! I don't have to worry about my people eating my stuff. I can't stand that mess. Growing up, I'd be look forward to something all day...in 6th period dreaming about it. And then I'd get home and somebody done ate it. That's devastating to a fat kid.

I haven't seen Ruby in weeks. I need to get on that. I'm terrified to go to amusement parks...I don't think I'd fit, though I'm smaller than I was when I used to go when I was a teenager.

Cali: not philosophical.. mostly just being stupid

paula: I agree that thats way off, but then again I was thinking that the 2100 calories I ate yesterday wasn't so bad (like I had originally thought) considering most people are supposed to obtain a 2000 calorie diet. I'm just so used to eating so much less that yesterday I felt like I pigged out all day. It doesn't help that one of my "snacks" was 1/4 cup raisins and 1/4 cup macadamian nuts and almonds.. which is like 330 cals!

somebody put bagels in the break room...the cheesy jalapeno ones...I have a jalapeno addiction and I can't control myself. So I'm praying to our mother of self control to provide me with a little today. OMG, they even have cream cheese and smoked salmon to go with it. I hate this office.

I am glad someone likes that stuff, it would rot at my place. But YOU CAN DO EEEEEEEETTTTT. You can resist the temptation.

Ps. you can still hate your office though, lol

Side note for me: I went to ROSS today and found a LBD that looks stunning on me and it was a size 16!!!! I am so wearing for it graduation and all of the festivities ahead this weekend. My prudie grandmother is going to have a heartattack because it shows cleavage. oh well hehehe.

thus far, I have resisted.

I wish my co-worker would come back so I can take my lunch break...that would help my resistance.

Kelli- It is like the 30 DS, but it isn't. Each of the three trainers has a segment. Bob does the warm up, Cardio 1, and cool down. Jillian has cardio 2. Kim has Cardio 3. So on the menu you can choose Customize or Maximize. I chose maximize. Then you choose what week you are in 1-2, 3-4, 5-6. After that, you choose with trainer or no trainer. It is supposed to last 6 weeks. I moved up already because I was pretty fit from the 30 DS. The segments build on each other so that you always do Warm up, cardio 1, & cool down. They add a cardio segment each time you level up. It is about 35 minutes all told on Level 2. I like it. I was BORED OUT OF MY MIND with the 30 DS.

HWG- YOU GO GIRL! There is NOTHING wrong with standing up for yourself. I told you a long time ago they were being perverted piggies! ig:

As for me, I'm doing all right. Making out some Christmas cards!

12/9/08 thought of the day;

As I open my little salad, I say aloud..."I wish there was some food in this salad."

I miss my grilled chicken. Lunch feels like an appetizer and it's driving me insane. I sit there and pick at it; I'm hungry, but I don't want to eat that.

Ghost: You'll fine. You can do it. You are my hero. You are the wind beneath my wings! LOL! Sorry.

back to human relations...

2 reasons...I needed to knock the extra 130 cals out of my diet last week after the Thanksgiving HORROR!

the other...the boneless skinless chicken breast wasn't on sale at the grocery store last week. I'm hoping for better luck this week. I've put all of the cheese in the freezer so that I won't be tempted to use it as a replacement.

LOL! Paula, I only know how to fry catfish. I know there are other fish out there, but that's all I know. LMAO! I'm so pathetic. I do have cottage cheese in the fridge, but it's been around since the lasagna two weeks ago...I don't even know if it's still good.
