I have wanted to do nothing but eat today and I am not even hungry.

Breakfast: Cheerios with a pack of sweet and low, 2% milk

Lunch (1pm-ish): Turkey sandwich w/ cheese, and I think some tortilla chips, diet coke

Dinner (530pm-ish): Turkey sandwich no cheese and can of Campbell's vegetable w/ pasta soup, diet coke

Snack: (830pm-ish): grilled cheese sandwich, tortilla chips. diet coke. I never eat this bad this late at night. I try to not eat after about 730.


I have noticed lately that if I don't eat every 3-4 hours I get a really bad headache and really tired but after I eat I am good to go. I think I am going to borrow some of my mamaw's diabetic testing stuff and see how my blood sugar fluctuates throughout the day and if its anything to be concerned about.

I'm so relieved the holiday's are over... That was tough!

Today started off good. I had a small omlete for breakfast, a protien shake for lunch, then~ by no fault of my own~ I got stuck home alone (I let a friend borrow my car) NOT a good idea. I got bored, ate half a turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes, some noodles, and a few glasses of wine. I wasn't hungry, just bored and lonely.

I guess I'm on my own.. Well, at least I can write this down and then feel somewhat accountable to myself.

I did well today!! I think I'm finally back on track after being thrown of for the holidays. I know it's the middle of January, but it took me a while to want to eat well again. Anyway... I had yogurt and a nutrigrain bar for breakfast.. had a turkey sandwich on wheat bread for lunch and grilled salmon with veggies and a cup of rice for dinner. Yay!! Go me! (hee hee) I also went to the gym today but it was in between jobs so I was only there for a half hour, but I feel good about that cause I could have just not gone at all...

I hope someone else joins me soon. Kinda lonely in here and I haven't found another thread that fits my needs like this one.

I'm with ya!!! Today was pretty good for me except for a few sneak ins....

Bfast: Grilled cheese whole wheat bagel
Lunch: 6 inch sub from Subway and some pretzels
Dinner: Buttery Cilantro Steak, Roasted Potatoes

I do usually have a snack between each meal but I wasn't feeling hungry so didn't feel the reason to eat.

I did have a small slice of cake at my aunt's house and a few bites of my daughters Spaghetti O's.

Snack: Wheat thins, yogurt
Dinner: Slim fast meal bar and 6 inch chicken breast sub

Snack: Medium banana, can peaches, Slim fast snack bar (425 cals)
Dinner: Turkey burger, veggie "spaghetti" and sauce (400 cals)
Snack: Frozen Yogurt (220 cals)

nicki rose!! YAY! thank you for bein' with me.

Monday went well. I had a nutrigrain bar for breakfast and then some tomato soup with broccoli salad for lunch. Dinner was a tomato and motzarella sandwich with some wine. I know wine isn't the most healthy choice but I sometimes like to save my calories to have a drink. Especially after a bad day. I also went to the gym in between my jobs again. I only get about a half hour out of that but it's better than nothing.

Snack: yogurt, strawberries and crackers (287 cals)
Lunch: mozzarella and tomato sandwich, 3 fig bars (400 cals)
Snack: banana and peanut butter (293 cals)
Dinner: Turkey burger, smart ones ravioli florentine (478 cals)
Snack: 1 1/2 cups frozen yogurt (330 cals)

The yogurt is where I cheated. I was only supposed to have 1 cup but it was so good i just kept going!
