01.21.09 ..... CALORIES: 2068/1900

The first day I've gone over my cals in three weeks
Bfast: Slim fast, whole grain waffle, 1 T Promise (280 cals)
Snack: yogurt, strawberries and crackers (287 cals)
Lunch: mozzarella and tomato sandwich, 3 fig bars (400 cals)
Snack: banana and peanut butter (293 cals)
Dinner: Turkey burger, smart ones ravioli florentine (478 cals)
Snack: 1 1/2 cups frozen yogurt (330 cals)
The yogurt is where I cheated. I was only supposed to have 1 cup but it was so good i just kept going!
