i'll admit, last week was pretty bad for me, but i am back now and feeling great. also, i concluded that i think most of it was just period blues. heh but that's back there, and this is a new day.

stay up, ladies!!!

Ok ladies, so what's everyone been up to? What sorts of exercises? Eating plans? Personally I have been restricting calories pretty well and biking three times a week to and from work on top of getting in some exercises at the gym on my breaks.

I have been eating fairly OP for the last couple days, but yesterday I was in a car accident on the way to work. A girl was going too fast down a side street and slid through a stop sign. She tried to slide into the right lane of the 4-lane road I was on, but slid into the left lane where I was. Then someone in the right lane behind her couldn't stop and slid into her. There was very little damage to my car (save for a tire I'm having checked now.) I am so sore, though, so working out is not an option for a couple of days, and I had a little comfort food last night in the form of homemade pizza and a scoop of light ice cream. And this weekend girlfriends are coming to stay with me, so I think chocolate and The Cheesecake Factory are in order. I will try to be good and I will be at the mall much of the day Saturday, so I will do lots of walking. Anyway, that's my story as of now.

Good luck Heidi! Shoot!

I am trying to watch my calories and my breads/sweets intake. I'm drinking lots of water and doing the 30DS each day.

Walking any chance I get as well.

i think i'm starting to sort my head out. or at least really trying to. there's just this terrible mental block that's keeping me from progressing forward. so i think maybe i should focus on that for a while.

i started getting back into really writing everything down. trying to limit to more structured meals, rather than picking all day.

i switched my workouts to kataclismic's routine she posted last week. it's really good.

i think i need to stop cooking so much. when i make tasty treats, even if they are healthy, it makes me want to eat them all. so i think i need to tighten up my routine for a bit before i start making treats again. there's no need to be eating treats on a daily basis.

i think that's all for now...

I shall revive it. THREAD CPR!!!!

Any one have big plans for the weekend? I have to work at my other job. It's at a luggage store. I used to be the assistant manager there, but it just didn't pay the bills and I hated doing it full time. Now I just work over the holidays and when I'm needed, and it's fun working there every once in awhile. Plus I will be on my feet all day and moving around a lot, so that will help in the weight loss department! We are going to a surprise party that night, though, so there's a potential for lots of junk food. We're supposed to bring munchies, so I'm thinking about brining some mixed berries so there's something healthy to munch on. Other than that, it should be a pretty quiet weekend.

OMG - I went to the gym yesterday for aqua aerobics, and they didn't have class, so I just swam about 300 meters, mostly on my back. WOW! That really worked out the muscles. I also had some lower back pain and it was totally gone afterwards. If you have pool access, I highly recommend it!

Hey heidelene i appreciate the CPR haha. I would post here way more often if other people did, but it's not much fun otherwise. Swimming is really good, I'm not a huge water person though...I used to be so it's sort of a shame. I have been doing chin ups (weight assisted), leg exercises, and ab exercises everyday i work. i'm feeling a difference in how my body looks more so than the scale. how is everyone else doing? what happened to all you ladies?
